Dr.Prometheus Sr., Pyre, D79
Location:
Gilneas
"Well if I didn't then this young man would have been brought up here for nothing," the doctor remarked, grabbing the young Gilnean by his hair and tilting his head up. "I was hoping you could use his life force -- or whatever it is you use of the living -- to close the wound."
"Oh Light no! Please, please no. Don't do this. I don't...I don't..."
"You can be quiet now," Dr.Prometheus cut into the blubbering, releasing the youth's hair and leaving him to his sobbing.

Lord Rivendare

"With ease," Lord Rivendare replied. He pulled up the tome that hung from his side on a pair of thick chains and flipped through the pages. He stopped his search upon finding the inscription he was looking for and held his free hand over the page, which's runic inscriptions began to glow with icy-blue unholy magic.
He then held the hand towards the young man. The boy choked for a few seconds, then Morec pulled his hand back towards him; green energy was pulled out of the boy by his eyes and mouth. When the stream stopped the lad's lifeless body fell to the ground, and with a quick flick of his wrist, the death knight redirected the energy into Doctor Prometheus. The magic both closed the wound as if it had never been there and revitalized the Doctor's physical strength.
As Lord Rivendare closed his tome he snapped his fingers. A brief blue arua light up the boy's body, and a milisecond after it faded it began to stand and walk over to its new master. "So, what's our estimated time of arrival?" the death knight asked his living associate as his latest minion took its place by his side.

"Oh not long, not long. You may as well make yourself comfortable here," the doctor remarked, settling back in his chair.

The death knight dropped down into the nearest chair. "Seems things did not go as smoothly in Gilneas as we would have hoped for," he brought up. "Do you think that the worgen we encountered might come looking for us? They did seem to have something of an... overly adverse reaction to our pressence."

"Hm, maybe," the doctor observed, lounging back in his seat. "If they do, I'd either kill them, or make them join me. Or maybe both, depending on my mood at the moment. Soldier!" he called out to a Drone heading for the door. "Are you going by the cantina? Mind grabbing me a tea. How about you? Want a...." the doctor looked down for a moment. "Damn what do young people drink...a cola or, something?" he asked the death knight.

"I'm fine," the death knight said, waving the offer away, "I don't need much nourishment these days. If you do perceive them as a threat, I could easily send my associate, Mister Dartskul, and his organization to deal with them. I know for a fact that Vrem would relish the chance to slaughter any and all worgen he is sent after."

"No, I doubt that will be necessary," the doctor replied. "They can have their fun. I hardly care. If anything, the more damage they do, the better. How about chess? I have a board always ready. Used to play it with Leo when he was younger. Such a little rascal. You know, he once hollowed out my king and filled it with gunpowder. Nearly blew my fingers off. Where is it now..." the doctor mumbled, digging around the chair.

"Why not," Lord Rivendare said, moving the chair closer, and avoiding the trap door below, "it's been far too long since I played a game. Any objection to me taking the black peices?"

"None come to mind. Aha!" the doctor declared, locating the board and small box filled with its pieces. "Found them." Setting up the board on the arm of his seat, he began to place the pieces. "So, travel by air often?"

"Not within recent years, no. I've been busy rebuilding a reputation scarred by madness amongst the rest of the Forsaken, so I haven't had many chances to leave Tirisfal. It's not been easy, but progress never is. And before that people typically found ways to travel by portals, always so eager to get from place to place. There are only so many hours in the day, something I've come to realize all too well within recent times." He waited for the Doctor to finished setting up the game board. "White moves first," he said to the good doctor.

"Indeed." The doctor moved a pawn." Portals are convenient, but I like to be able to bring the perpetual highground an airship affords with me. That, and no one ever expects...Zeppelins!"

"In my insanity," the death knight said, moving a pawn one space forward, "I might have understood that as some sort of refference. But you are right, air superiority is far better than any other form of offense in the world, even magical on occasion."

Sashastrasza, Alana
Gilneas
"Sounds like we've got company." Sasha said, drawin her gun and watching around for movement.
Alana glanced around; pulling her swords free quickly.
Balah'Amin
Ironforge
Balah screamed; a portion of her body suddenly being eaten away from the anti-magic round.
More felhounds appeared in bursts of fel-fire; growling and rushing at the two.
Dorithel Saberglow, Taliria Blindhawk, Blades of Elune
Eldre'Thalas
Dorithel glanced around at the blades who had managed to crammed themselves onto the elevator. He admittedly felt somewhat cramped.
Specter, Ferin Hopewell
Thousand Needles
A number of people paused near the edge of one of the many barges; glancing out over the waters as someone ran along them towards the floating city.
Specter stepped through the crowed; watching. "And the rat comes right to the trap..."

"I want to say 'dragons,' but I have a feeling you have something a bit more cunning in mind," the death knight moved the right-side opposite pawn of the first one he had moved one space forward as well.

Character
: Killian Avery
Location
: Ironforge
"Not that I am defending the Shadowspawn designers, but it
is
an actual skull," Killian said absently in response to Isilver's comment, gingerly taking the Skullcrown from her hands. The Argent mage stared at it with a mixture of horror and disgust on his face, holding it on outstretched arms as if he wanted to be as far away from the vile artifact as it was physically possible without actually letting it go.
Slowly he stood up, walking up to a wall and prodding one of the bricks with the tip of his boot. A section of the wall slid away, revealing a wooden mannequin. The mage carefully lowered the Skullcrown upon the ashwood sphere that was its head and took a step back; he stared at it for several seconds before sealing the alcove and turning back to the two.
"Thank you for willing t-to go on," Avery said sincerely, blushing again. He shook his head and went on, "For it is only going to be more dangerous. Your n-next opponents are the Darkfallen lords. I trust this s-so-called Thane tried to mesmerize you with that thing?" he jabbed his thumb over the shoulder and into the wall behind which the Skullcrown rested now. "They are capable of it, and much more."
Character
: Turinhil Dawnchaser
Location
: Shattrath
Turin only stuck out his tongue at Selin. He wiped his face with a perfumed kerchief before donning his helmet and encasing his hand in the gauntlet once again.
When they approached Terrace of the Light, the young knight frowned, reaching to scratch his head before remembering that there was almost an inch of ensorcelled metal in the way. He did not exactly feel bad staring at the pillar of light ascending from the center of the city - far from it. It was just that something was off.
"I think I'm seeing doubles. Well help me, I feel the Naaru from here," he muttered.
Character
: Vargariel Chandaris
Location
: Eldre'Thalas
Whomsoever had constructed the elevator had clearly not meant the likes of Vargariel to step into it. The tips of the giant crescent moon attached to his back would scrape against the floor were he not stooping his broad shoulders, and he clung almost desperately onto his monstrous weapon, concerned someone would hurt themselves leaning against the double-bladed axe or stepping onto the spiked sphere.
Character
: Duskhide
Location
: Stonetalon Mountains
The growl that escaped Duskhide's maw was barely coherent enough to discern the ferocious 'Saelyn!' in it. The worgen diverted some of his attention from the Faceless, hoping that the particularly large and brawny specimen his vines were quartering at the moment would block its comrades' way. Snarling, he loosed a bolt of nature's wrath into one of the tentacles holding the night elven woman.

Character: Richard, Kairi, Loki, Salena
Location: Ironforge
"Can't we have one day where I don't have to work." Richard sighed sticking his head threw the portal. Suddenly arcane chains shot threw the portal and started to wrap around Balah.
"I can take care of my self." Salena said as she sent a wave of fire at the felhounds and Loki shot at the ones that got to close.

Balah'Amin
Ironforge
Balah screeched; shattering the chains and summoning even more demons to stream at the others.
She flinched suddenly; pausing before convulsing quite painfully; fel-fire erupting from her from. "WHAT?"
Specter, Ferin Hopewell
Thousand Needles
Ferin sped along the waters; glancing at the barge and sportting the man from earlier. He growled; a funnel of lightning igniting his hand suddenly and causing a number of onlookers to flee as the shaman suddenly leaped upwards. "Let's go! Round two, FIGHT!" He screamed; shooting through the air at Specter.
The latter smirked; shifting his footing and letting chi flow through him. Pointing his fingers outwards; he sent a burst of black lightning at the boy; staring in suprise as Ferin managed to flip and avoid his attack.
"Not this time!" The half-elf shouted; slamming his fist into Specter's face with a crackling zap and bright flash. The momentem sent the two soaring backwards; grinding along the street and kicking up dust as people fled quickly. Ferin panted as they stopped; now sitting on his knees atop Specter.
For a moment, the Shaman thought he might have won, pulling his fist back from the man's face, only to have the other's hand shoot up and grip his own face.
Spected planted his other hand against the ground. "You are really getting on my nerves... And that doesn't happen often..." He commented; standing up and lifting Ferin up by his face.
The Shaman grunted; his hand glowing as he began to charge another attack. Specter glanced at the limb breifly before pulling back and viciously slamming the boy into the metal street.
Hard.

Character: Richard, Kairi, Salena, Loki
Location: Ironforge
"Not good." Richard said pulling his head out of the portal. "Depthcharge get in there!" He shouted followed by a dull roar and from the portal a massive metal clad diving suit charged threw one of it's arms replaced with a giant drill that spun to life as it slammed into the demons and tore the first on in it's path in two before grabbing another by it's tail and whipped it into another before attacking the others.
Kairi stepped threw the portal and summoned a water elemental and she and the elemental launched frost bolts at Balah and Salena joined with shadow bolts as Loki kept shooting at the demons.
