Regardless, I'm going to believe I'm right, and others are going to continue to white knight for Blizzard.
And until you have real proof that Blizzard is going the way of the dodo, every single person here on Wowhead will continue to show how you are wrong.
But really, just stop coming already: You hate Blizzard, you more then likely aren't coming back for MoP, time to cut the ties and get out.

Just want to step in and say that I very recently switched to a "medium" realm, Cho'Gall, and it is anything but a ghost town. That may just be in comparison to my previous server, Kalecgos, which WAS a ghost town, but I did make a character on some of the high realms and check out trade chat before I made the transfer - it was very difficult to follow and there was just way too much spam.
Blizzard should consider merging a few of these low population realms to try and fix it, instead of implementing more and more "cross-realm" things.

Where have I said they're going the way of the dodo?
They're liars that make questionable decisions, but they're still managing to make (less) money.
You tell us constantly that based on your personal experiences, WoW is over and it's time for everyone to give up and just be like you; people who attack them constantly, without backing up our claims with any proof, since to have proof would shatter the little world we've built for ourselves that all people are like the guild who 'stole' from us, and that it's all Blizzard fault for that.
Blizzard should consider merging a few of these low population realms to try and fix it, instead of implementing more and more "cross-realm" things.
Technically, Cross-Realm is going to be doing that, since friends from different servers will be able to play together now.

They should, but they won't.
Hubris demands that they never admit there's a problem.
Or the amount of money that they can potentially make off of people transferring, who actually WANT to play the endgame and are stuck on those servers.
Having played a few other MMOs I do have to say Blizzard does do a better job and have better customer support than most. Is it really fair to write them off already because of "hubris"? Maybe there's a technical issue with merging servers, etc.
You might be right but immediately jumping to make a snide comment about Blizzard seems excessive for this kind of thing.

I post this every once in a while, when it is called for. It's been a few months, so I thought I'd dust it off.
Trolling Wowhead after you quit the game is like facebook stalking your ex and his new girlfriend. I'd give the same speech in either instance:
"I'm your friend, and I want to talk to you about something. The rest of us have been noticing that you're kind of obsessing over him/it, and we're starting to think it's unhealthy. I know that you're upset that you parted ways- you thought that you'd be together forever, he/it made you all those promises about taking you dancing, never letting money come in the way of your relationship, and being everything you wanted in a man/game. But people/games change- they grow, and develop in ways we never expect. And I think it was as much about how you changed as it was about him/it. Six years is a long time to invest in someone/a game, and it'll be difficult to start over. But you have to let go or you'll never move on.
And all of this anger you have for his/it's new girlfriend/playerbase is misdirected. What did they do to you? Really? Are you jealous because they're as happy with him/it as you used to be? Do you blame it all on them- that if he hadn't had someone liked him as he is now, he'd have gone back to being exactly the way he was before, and gone running back to you? I wouldn't have happened that way.
There are plenty of fish in the sea. I know it sounds trite, but it's true. I think you just need to make peace with yourself that it just wasn't meant to be. What you're mourning is the loss of the person/game he/it used to be, not what he/it is now. Even if he/it did go back to doing everything the way he/it used to, you'd still be angry, resentful and distant. It's time to move forward- there is no going back.
Besides- I bet that game/guy you were with before WoW/Fictitious Boyfriend still sends you e-mails all the time wanting you back. And there are a couple of new guys/games that have been trying to catch your eye too. Get back out there and see what you're missing by spending all of your time being angry."

Oh it's written by me. It just seems that this thread comes up all the time, so since the threads are all the same, I figure why not use the same answer.

I don't know why you're bothering at all. The post is awesome (as always), but I doubt it'll change anything.

I know, but I think it at least brings a laugh to everyone else, which is the real intent of it.

Probably because it's more than likely spam and since it's a copy pasta, the chances of it being even remotely related to the actual topic are astronomical.
Lol- I'll let everyone else judge how relevant it is :)
