Winter Veil for me ! Christmas and lights and sugar and spice and everything nice ohohoho.. oh and presents :D
My first experience of 'World of Warcraft' was the lunar festival and it really made me fall in love with the game. The contrast of the frantic Omen battle and the serenity of collecting stones from the elders are a fantastic example of the wide variety that WoW has to offer.
Childrens Week...Cause we all have an inner child (even though some don't like to admit it) - You scream I scream we all scream for Ice cream!
My favorite holiday in World of Warcraft is Brewfest, bar none.I remember being wide eyed and newbish when this holiday was unveiled. I recall how I, a lowly lvl 40, could earn my own Ram mount (this was on the Horde) and a FAST Ram mount, just by doing dailies and collecting tickets. And best of all, these babies were "legally obtained rams." Not at all stolen.I barked for the trolls, orcs, ogres, what have you and did it every day until I got enough tokens for both rams. What a great year. In the years to follow, Brewfest has changed a lot but it still brings back fuzzy rather warm memories of being drunk and looking for purple elekks.
The best World Event in game is Noble Gardener, hands down. There simply is nothing more fun then running around in a bunny costume, stealing other peoples eggs and watch them rage at you.
My favorite WoW holiday is the Lunar Festival because of it's very Druid-ish/Night Elf vibe. Plus, it was fun (to me, at least) going around honoring all the different elders. It also grants you one of my favorite titles: "Elder."
Halloween! For the amazing instant mount :D And CANDY!
Winter's Veil. I always dress up my character as Grandfather Winter and give out items in Stormwind! :D
I would definitely go for Children's Week. It was one of the first holidays i set my mind to explore a few years back, mostly for the pretty little and possibly overwight baby Ellek. The best about this holiday are the pets, but also the fact that you get to drag an orphan around, and you can take it pretty much everywhere. I wonder what the patron might think if you brought the orphan to World's End Tavern in Shattrath and got all drunk... I guess that's what you can call a "Bad Example". Anyways, I still remember Children's Week as the best and by far the funniest holiday of them all and even though I've achieved the Veteran Nanny achievement on my warrior, I'll still complete the quests every single year, just for the good memories.
