My favorite holiday has to be Winter Veil, because it reminds me of the good ol' days of knocking people off the bridge in Alterac Valley with snowballs.
"What is your favorite holiday in World of Warcraft and why?" This is an easy answer for me, Hallow's End (and I'm not just saying that because it's Wowhead.com's fave). Ever since I started playing WoW and learned that we had a Halloween event I was in love. This is mainly because I love Halloween in real life and always have. Plus, this year you can actually play tricks on the opposing faction by flying over Stormwind or Undercity and dropping stink bombs!
Hallows End is the best holiday hands down, in real life too! That was the current holiday when I first started playing, right at the beginning of Wrath. I remember freaking out 'cause I didn't know how to put out the fires in Goldshire. Also while leveling in Elwynn, it would turn dark and scary every once in a while when the Headless Horseman would come out, so the experience leveling there was quite different from your normal peaceful adventure!
Hallow's End. Whats better then eating candies and kickin Headless Horseman's ass? NOTHING
Hallow's End. I love the atmosphere and questlines, and how many different little parts there are to do now. I'm a horror junkie so fighting the Headless Horseman is awesome. Grouping together with people of all levels to put out the fires he causes and playing pranks on the opposing faction are great, too - this holiday is fun and really interactive compared to some of the others. Plus, I finally got my purple proto during the hallow's end event this year, so I'll probably always remember the event fondly.
My favorite is Hallow's End... I'm Pagan .. and it's my favorite holiday in real life.. and in Azeroth.. it's a blast.. I just wish you could build up more tricky treats with daily's... was wanting to get more than one special item.
Hallow's End is by far the best holiday because we non-druids get an instant cast mount for the duration.
Hallow's End. I like the world events tied to it and halloween has pretty much been my fav holiday anyway. Scarey stuff for the win!
