My favorite holiday is Midsummer. I started playing in 2007 and leveling was hard especially for someone new to not only WoW, but MMO's all together. So I made sure to always do the pole dancing to get the bonus experience buff and running all over Kalimdor and Eastern Kingdoms dousing bonfires for the xp X) I miss being new sometimes :(
My favorite Holiday would be Winter's Veil.... Why? Let's just say.. Huge Snowball In AV. Best Holiday ever. With riches memories on it.
What is your favorite holiday in World of Warcraft and why?Definitely the Midsummer Fire Festival! Had a lot of good world pvp going on as I ran across the world dousing flames! :)

I'm gonna have to say that my favorite WoW holiday is Pirates Day. It is the only Holiday that is just ONE day, and I find it charming for that aspect. Not to mention it's the day before Brewfest, so I see it as the true beginning of the fall holidays, which are all relatively close together, and thus I think more fun. I see Pirates Day as the beginning of a long lasting excitement. It's also a holiday that you can do on every character you have. :)My Pirates Day tradition is to get Parrots on all of my hunters (I have 4 on my mains server, get my pirate costume from Captain Demeza, and have fun running around shooting things as a total pirate. I'm very fond of WoW pirates so this is a very fun holiday for me. :)
Brewfest. Beer. 'nuff said.
My favorite holiday, lets see if you can figure it out :]We dress you up for seasa team we will beto search and find whats lost at seaWith out hats on our headsand our swords in handwe take over the bayfor just the dayIts fun to be usso why not join us?Its only once a yearhow hard can it be?Answer:Pirate's DayNow for the why:Its simple, it's fun. Some may feel it's pointless. I think it's a nice break from doing 20+ achievements for a Holiday. :P Besides, who doesn't want to be a pirate for the day? :D
Considering i have done each holiday and even gotten what a long strange trip its been, it is really hard to say which would be my favorite just going by wow standards alone. Hallow's end is nice because i like the headless horseman theme, and the costumes. Me having a rogue as my main and with Pilgrim's bounty going on gives me a chance to blast away my fellow rogues, since i am the greatest rogue of them all! And who doesn't love christmas! The lunar festival gives me a chance to get those pretty glowing orbs that light up an area for a few minutes, and we all have to love each other on when it is in the air. Following the bunnies around while picking up there eggs and adopting a child to let him see the world. Celebrating the middle of a year when it is really hot and then drinking until you can't stand up. All of these holidays are a favorite a mine but this is a post about the best of them all, but like i said before i can;t just choose looking at wow.So going into real life situations, i would say Hallows end would be my favorite. Why you ask? most of my friends birthdays fall in october, including myself, and also my mom's birthday is on October 31st. I also love to eat candy which would be a plus. But it is kind of funny how most of the people i befriend birthday falls in october, at least 45-55% would be in that situation, and no i don't know only 10 people or less, i know quite a few people, and don;t even get me started on the birthdays on Facebook. But enough of this, hallow's end is my choice, so happy halloween all, and i hope the headless horseman is kind enough to give you his mount =D
My favorite holiday must be Winter Veil, i love to get gifts, throw snowballs at people and the look of it is nice to. On my dwarves its Brewfest no question about it.
Hallows End is definitely my favorite. It's got the greatest theme, it was the first holiday I ever got to encounter in World of Warcraft, and the Flying Horseman's Mount is a timeless loot. I haven't won it yet, though I have tried for four years. But trying to win is the funnest part. "Get over here you idiot!" I think a close second has to be the bunny ears from Noble Garden. Our guild discovered we have to bunny ear the main tank to complete raids or it's a guaranteed wipe on the boss pulls.
Winter Veil! I love Christmas, and I LOVE that I get Christmas presents even in WoW!
My favorite holiday has got to be Hallow's end, not only the fact that, by lore, the Forsaken got off the Lich King's Control, but it also is a spooky celebration with masks, where we must fight a shadowy old paladin that has now become the Headless Horseman. I really love how this fits into Warcraft Lore and also, IT'S HALLOWEEN!
