Winter Veil! The best and most festive time of year. My friends and I always have our own little in-game "Christmas party," trading gifts, stetting out feasts, and then usually getting drunk and doing stupid things while wearing Santa hats (and not much else.)
Banker Gnome Mage loves ALL of the holidays, because it's the only time She Upstairs (aka Bethgael) allows her out of Ironforge to play. She gets many wee outfits this way, and can dress according to the time of year. However, on balance, it must be Noble Garden, because she is a venerable mother gnome of two (a warlock and a rogue... oh, how the kids can disappoint, sometimes), and she was able to get her "the Noble" title at level 7. And, after all, everyone knows that all of those Noble Garden bunny eggs is how we get baby Night Elves.
I'd have to say Winter Veil, a lot to do, reindeer mounts and snowballs! Good times.

Brewfest is my favorite, always have fun with getting unique stuff from the loot bags. Ram Racing is fun too, when the apple buckets actually work every time you pass them lol.
At this very moment, it would be Children's Week. Let me explain :I am a male blood elf blond long-haired priest who fancies wearing Precious' Ribbon and that is extremely happy making lewd comment to other male attractive characters. I taunt my raids by dancing naked save for that awesome pink shirt. What would top it off is getting a X-45 Heartbreaker to invite them to mount up on "My rocket", but unfortunately I am not that lucky. I make do at the moment on my X-53 Touring Rocket with making the same comments, but a big gray rocket is kind of dull. I radiate being pink and gay with all my power, and I find funny other players' reaction to it. :)Now, a male gay christian priest had much controversy at the times I created my character because they were accused of being pedophiliac. So I love Children's Week because I can make fun of dragging a helpless orphan away on the world making it see wonderful things while being a male gay priest and having the child mount on "my rocket". My satirical views on those priests at the time. :)tl;dr : Children's Week to make pedophiliac gay priest jokes.
I like fire festival best 'cause, you know, fire
For me it is Winter's Veil. I love that time of the year (save for the fact that I work in retail, bleh) and I like how Blizzard has the same feeling in Winter's Veil. I also enjoy the Greench reference as I am a big fan of How the Grinch Stole Christmas after all these years. Plus there is presents, and two ways to appreciate the holiday; learning the lore of it, or simply enjoying the more..consumer side, haha.
The Christmas event was my favorite. You get really cool toys you get to keep forever (which is always fun) plus this was the last world event that my main needed to get before he got the violet proto-drake a few years ago so it made it extra special! Also going to random bosses of the other faction was fun to take a tiny BB gun and shooting them and getting pwnd by them was a laugh! And getting an achievement for throwing a snowball at Cairne Bloodhoof (who has since then died :( ) was a funny achievement too!
Hallow's End is mine. I love Halloween and my favorite story ever is The Legend of Sleepy Hallow. I was so happy to have it all in one game at one time. I look forward to next year!
I absolutely love Hallow's End, I still remember the very first time that Hallow's End happend and the trick or treating as well as the overall feel is just fantastic. I love it! :)
My favorite WoW holiday would have to be Brewfest, for a couple of reasons. First, as a mount collector there are 2 rare mounts to try for. Second, the atmosphere and time put into the feel of the holiday is truly underestimated. I really feel like my toon is at Oktoberfest, it's so much fun! The side quests and mini-games are incredible. Any holiday where there is a special "loot boss" is fun, but this one takes the beer-battered cake.
My favorite holiday in World of Warcraft has to be Pirate Day. I spend the entire day ferrying lower level people over on my flying mount and having them get changed into a pirate. It's so much fun reading their reactions. Plus I love wearing my actual pirate outfit from getting my Bloodsail rep up. Makes me feel like I really accomplished something from killing the hundreds of booty bay citizens back in the day, especially since i'm considered "Exalted" with them now, which is just even more fun to think about. And honestly after all that grinding, It actually kinda feels like the Holiday is meant for us achievement freaks :P
I've always enjoyed Midsummer Fire Festival thanks to the A Thief's Reward quest. One of the few quests that brings you to the heart of enemy capital cities.
My favorite holiday in World of WarCraft is BrewFest. Why you might ask? What's better than drinking beer for 2 weeks, bring kegs of beer to more people, spreading the world about beer, and insulting a dwarfs brew? That's right, nothing.
Hallow's End. The Horseman's rhymes make me smile every time.
