BLIZZ! CAN YOU HEAR US? 99% of wow players dislike most if not all of your new "improvements". i mean its one thing to add a new race that most people don't want to play but its another to change 90% of the game that is all ready good. the talents were good in wrath but then you changed them and we thought ya i guess there ok not better but not worse. now the talent system just sucks.
Then you'd be wrong: Players have been requesting Pandarens for years, but we're always told 'not yet'. Players have asked what the purpose of the mini-pets are for years: answers have ranged from simple vanity items to 'wait and see'. And players have been %^&*!ing about the trees since Vanilla; Blizzard is actually doing something major here, but because people fear change well......of course, it happened with the change to Wrath talents, and the change to Cata talents...which just shows you can't please everyone.
all im seeing on ever tree is pvp talents not pve
I don't care so much about the Pandas, the Pet combat system really doesn't mean that much to me. What does concern me is that Blizz is making HUGE changes to classes that I Love to play. However, People do need to take a deep breath and realize that things can change between the now and the release, so until we have all the information, take a chill pill.
The new talent system looks promising, cuz they can make some more varieties, like have two kinds of talent trees, one for the "boring" passive talents and another for the active skills you saw in the Wowhead preview. They said they will give additional passives to different specs, so just give a active skill tree sounds weird to me, there's more they are working on that we don't know of yet. I could be wrong, but we'll see.
wow blizzard must really be getting desperate and if they are copying SWTOR
I think people need to start paying attention instead of going into G.N.E.R.D. rage mode and proclaiming they will quit and stop to realize that this is ONLY IN THE BETA STAGES and is not final, so there is still room for more improvement.I personally like this new "talent list" and feel all they really need to do to improve it is add an additional three more talent choices to each tier and allow the player to choose two talents per tier.

Loving the new talents. Ever since vanilla I've kind of hated the talent system - I can never get all the utility abilities I want without hurting my DPS/healing - so I'm all for scrapping the damn thing. Besides, as others have pointed out most players are running around in cookie-cutter specs, and you still get $%^&*!@s who call people names because they're not specced the "proper" way. But more importantly, now every time you open your talent tree you're going to get a game-changing ability; it's not like the old days where you put in point 2 out of 5 on a marginal DPS boost for a single spell, or dumping points in talents you don't care about just so you can get to the good stuff later. A lot of these talents are going to make you go back and figure out how to play your character from scratch, which is perfect for people like me who get bored easily. Also, while I tend to favor Horde I completely agree that someone else should be leading the Alliance. How about Tyrande or Jaina? They're both seasoned, SANE, experienced, and we actually knew who the hell they were when WoW was launched. This new guy is just a human version of Garrosh. Which brings me to my next point: the best way to get Varian out of the picture is to have a duel between him and Garrosh. Just make sure both their weapons are poisoned this time. It'll be like Hamlet, only with bigger shoulders! Instant classic.Thumbs up for Tholo and Anren, although I honestly do not believe that was the developers' intent. How about an unambiguously gay duo Blizzard? If we can have rocket cars and space ships in our fantasy setting I don't see why we can't get away from the caveman attitude as well. Which reminds me: Night elf sentinels should not bounce. The disparity between their voice actors and their body language is some heavy-duty cognitive dissonance. Why not let us customize our emotes to fit our characters? That way we can have regal night elves as well as bubbly airhead ones. Why we need the latter I don't know, but whatever floats your boat I guess.
It's official guys, thanks to this new talent calculator, you have staked your dominance in wow news and coverage over every other website i know.I honestly dont feel i need to go anywhere else now.
I'll just say it. I miss the old talent trees. This whole thing about making them "more fun" is bogus. They claimed in Cataclysm to be doing exactly what they are claiming to be doing now. What was the result? Cataclysm's talent trees were far more cookie-cutter than ever before. The 71 point talents had a lot of "no brainers" but by allowing us to have so many points we could experiment. Here and there we could cut back on a talent and put it into something fun. Now its impossible for practically every spec to have any kind of individuality. I can't afford to throw points into a "fun" talent because I now have fewer points and more talents that are necessary to have full talents in them. This new talent system looks like a mess. Its way too simple. Shows no depth. And in the end will result in even more homogenized specs. Now Blizzard picks all of the talents for you and then lets you make a handful of choices for some "fun" talents. I am not going to like this one little bit.
Blizz...I have been a loyal customer to WoW for years now.... Are you serious? Why do you plan to destroy your own game? There has been things I haven't agreed with in the past, there have been things I have complained about, there are some things (like Cata) that I still don't agree completely with. But now you are crossing your subscribers and spitting in their faces. Are you serious? Are you REALLY out to destroy your own game THAT bad? Blizz, you do what you feel you need to, since I know that no matter what any player says, you won't even CONSIDER our comments.... No Blizz...Just no....Good-bye my friends... Much love...--VK(Had to edit typos :P)
