Blizz could easily drain the bear's rage while replenishing health for the raid. The bear him/her self won't get the health if the glyph is present, getting the extra heals instead.

Maybe I am just missing something here but I am finding both of the feral bonuses lackluster. One or two free rips over the course of a fight? And a free ravage here or there?
You obviously know very little about feral if you think those two bonuses are lackluster.
He obviously stated that he haven't kept up to date and apologized if he sounded noobish. Is there some contract that makes you unable to post unless you adopt an condescending attitude Foley?
Also, Rallying Cry gives less healing over less range for less time, and then takes it. How is it the superior of the two?
You didnt read the ability correctly.
I'll highlight it for emphasis.....
Increases maximum health by 15%, increases health to 15% (if below that value), and converts up to 10 Rage per second into health for 20 sec. Each point of Rage is converted into 0.15% of max health.
Explain to us how you think a mage is going to convert rage into heals?
...and its not in the tool tip,but the health is lost from frenzied regen also. or perhaps you just thought that we hit the button once and keep 15% extra hp forever..... /sigh.
Again with the attitude, no of course the tank won't get the ability to drain the raiders resources. You place an idiotic interpretation on someones statement and then sigh at them. As greywolf explains himself it could easily be made to mimic the health regen gained by the tank only which is the logical conclusion. The only question here is if they nerf it to not do that or not.

...Leads me to wonder how often you'll be able to squeeze in a berserk at <60% as well as one at the very end where it counts the most.
I think you misunderstand. With the 4pc, anytime you use Fero Bite while the boss is below 60%, you also refresh Rip. Now, you should always have Rip up on your target. All this means is that instead of Fero Biting at 25%, you start at around 60% assuming you have a quality (well buffed) Rip up. This has nothing to do with Beserk.
I really cannot decide if it is referring to berserk being active or not. If it requires berserk it feels weak, and if it does not require berserk it sounds almost too good to be true and I would expect it to be the 4p not the 2p. Blood in the Water starting at 60% flat would be amazing. Maybe a bit disappointing that the rotation grows easier and easier, but nice from the dps standpoint.

Why do you guys keep thinking that glyphs will carry over?
This question probably bugs our Warrior and Death Knight friends too, for their 4-piece-related cooldowns are also modifiable by glyphs. Personally, I think they
will
carry over, because I have a feeling that Blizzard intends these bonuses to be considerably powerful, and FR in un-glyphed form is not exactly the most useful thing. So until I see a confirmation that they do not, I will believe that they do.
And when I saw these set bonuses,
jizz was everywhere
.

Why do you guys keep thinking that glyphs will carry over?
Because it's just a slightly more powerful Rallying Cry without the glyph or the heal. It's still pretty powerful ofc, but if the glyph carried over, it would be awesome. Me and my feral tank guildy have been discussing it for a bit, but just like Thror we're waiting for confirmation and consider that it will atm.

Why do you guys keep thinking that glyphs will carry over?
Because the glyph changes how the ability works at it's most basic level. It doesn't provide an extra function.

For the Bears:
Before getting excited, these bonuses are retardedly OP. That tells me that Blizzard will likely do 1 of 3 things:
Nerf them to the ground & dig a hole to put them in before 4.3 leaves PTR.
Wait 3-4 weeks into the patch and rediesign/nerf them to the ground citing power related issues which were not apparent until the patch went live & they had more data to look at.
Nerf the druid class abilities to bring our power into what Blizzard believes is inline with other classes after the bonuses are applied.
I think that #2 is probably most likely as this can be used by Blizzard as a way to rebalance tank populations by temporarily making us FotM for a while. A change like this could also increase the percentage of the player base currently tanking by guiding them to the tank that is arguably the easiest to play well and has the most gear synergy with another spec of the same class.
#3 is pretty unlikely, but I put it up there as Blizzard has a habit of scaling bears strangely.
The real question I have is will the 2pc proc off both Berserk spell IDs (
&
Gore
)? If yes, I don't even want to think about how ridiculously OP this is. Most likely that is not the intent; however, it is likely that the effect may be bugged at launch. It all comes down to how they write the case statement.
For the Cats:
I accidentally the set bonus. Free GCDs for more Shred & extra completely free Ravage's = happy kitteh dance er'ywhere. Low MMR match-ups may have some nutty things going on here & there mid-season, but who cares what is happening in low MMR match-ups mid-season?

If I compare them to the other tank bonuses, I'd have to disagree. The 100% bonus to SD absorb is only during Berserk, while the warriors and pallies get an extra absorb through the entire fight (although I have to say I have no idea how much damage Revenge and Judgement do, so I don't really know how big the absorb is. But still). Furthermore, I fail to see how our 4piece is more OP than the warrior or dk 4piece.
You also have to take into account that T13 is the last tier of this expansion, meaning they SHOULD be the most powerful of all tiers (although I admit some specs/classes are pitiful atm, e.g. holy priest and resto shaman).
As a sidenote, I have had another discussion with my feral tanking guildy, and he says the feral
DPS
4piece is sucks a lot because you don't use charge all that much on most fights. I told him he might be surprised ...

Feral, 4P -- Frenzied Regeneration also affects all raid and party members, and your Stampede talent now grants two charges after using Feral Charge (Cat).
Ok someone smarter than me has to help me out here.
"now grants two charges after using Feral Charge (Cat)."
So will this give me two additional free feral charges?
With those charges give me free ravages?
Why would I want to charge again after I just charged?

Right.....you just restated the spell.

Right.....you just restated the spell.
... because that's all that's needed. Stampede makes your ravage free and not require stealth after you use feral charge (cat). Which means that with T13, you'll have
2
ravages that will be free and not require stealth.
Also, you linked rank 1 of the talent, while foley linked rank 2 ...
