Still could be worse; least it's not the original Curse where the transformation was instantaneous, and you ended up as a slave to Alpha Ralaar.

I have no idea who ivar bloodfang was, however it is odd that his last name is the same as his pack, so it's possible he was the first murderous person who got ralaar's curse, and had the pack named after him.So, you've never done quests in Gilneas, or in Shadowfang Keep as an Alliance, or played through Silverpine/Hillsbrad on a Horde? And it is; Ivar is still alive at the end of the zones.

Ivar
; and seriously, go make a Horde DK, and go do the Silverpine and Hillsbrad quests before making declarations like that.
Edit: As Ivar and his pack shows the exact opposite of what you are trying to put forward: None of them took the Elixir or underwent the Scythe ritual, and other then Ivar, the rest of his pack is voiceless and heading straight towards the feral version of the Worgen that existed before the Cataclysm.

He's the leader of the Bloodfang because he's the biggest, meanest, most vicious of the Pack.

Well.....ya I suppose. Since it's a pack society.
Which is exactly the same it was with the original leader of the Worgen, Alpha Ralaar, only he had some mind control thrown in as he was the first of the 'perfect' Worgen and infected the rest of them.
I still see any future Gilnean Worgen children as being like most 'superpowered' being, and having their wolf side emerging when they hit puberty, at which point they'll have to take the potion or undergo the Ritual to bring it under control as I doubt just because they are born to a Worgen parent, it will mean all that much.

Why would they have any Worgen features, when they are born as a human till the Curse kicks in? That's just kinda of stupid in all honesty.

If the Curse is hereditary, they'll find out when it kicks in; no need to have them as anthros.

Two night elf druids who mate don't have a bear cub for a baby. They have a night elf baby. So, I think it's safe to assume that: A) Worgen can't breed or B) They have human children.
Which works for Night elves, Taurens and Trolls...but since the Worgen are a half-breed race due to outside influences, we don't know what the kids will show up as. The best bet is the Curse activating some time at puberty, like a mutation, but it's possible it could occur as a newborn: We just don't know.

I really hope it doesn't activate as a new born...that would suck for the mother to have a baby with a mouth full of teeth.
And I don't agree that all of the Gilneans are fine with being Worgen: Godfrey and his men, as well as those who backed them hated the wolf people..and I don't think they are all gone yet.
