Engineering for the goggles, which are approximate to T5 gear for a healer.
If you already have T5, I'd stick with Enchanting.

Alchemy for the
Alchemist's Stone
looks to be a strong combo. Especially with the new Mad Alchemist's potions coming up in 2.3. Extremely cheap, and fairly strong Health and Mana potion.
Herbalism of course goes with Alchemy.

At least on my server, if it's your first character and you're just out to make money, I'd pick up Mining and Disenchanting. Mining nodes are easy to find in Outlands and sell relatively well, and even if you don't take Enchanting up to 375, you can still disenchant anything presently ingame at skill 300 and not even have to worry about it. Considering the amount of greens and blues you get through quests in Outlands, you can easily make enough for a flying mount before you hit 70 selling the shards, dusts and essences.
Just be sure to pick *both* of these up at a low level if you do.. mining is a pain to level, and Enchanting will just be more expensive than it's worth if you buy mats from the AH, and even more tedious than mining if you farm them.
