Does weapon speed affect anything but steady/cobra shot and ofc autoshoot? How about arcane shot, multishot, etc?
Anything I could find with
search
was outdated. Also, tooltips for hunter abilities on wowhead differ from what I see in game.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Slower weapon have higher end damage, while faster once have weaker but instead more autoshots + faster steady/cobra shot.
As far as i know the fastest ranged at 85 is either 2.70 or 2.80. most of them are 3.0 i think.
Idk when they started to not create fast ranged weapons. (imao fastest ranged i ever seen at higher levels are
GM Bullseye
Anyway, you want slower weapon since slower weapon makes skills like cobra/steady + Aimed/explo/arcane shot well all your skills hit for higher damage, Idk what a faster bow/gun/crossbow would be good for.
EDIT: found

Also red card for CrimzonEyed for using "top end damage" to describe a weapon.
