Are you getting a DI? At 1635 haste, you are in between breakpoints for an extra tick of rejuv and an extra tick of WG (unless you are getting DI, in which case you'll get the extra tick of WG and are all good, but the DI could possibly do more on an appropriate DPS class).
With no DI, at your gear levels, you should reforge down to 916 haste, and keep the extra spirit. Move crit/haste into mastery.
At your current spirit levels, I feel that you may not be able to last an entire boss fight - it will be especially hard if you lose a healer (d/c, death, etc).

Boy, 1300 SPI sounds awful low. I am at 2100 SPI without even really trying + I have Tear of Blood and Heartsong. And I still have fights in Heroics or ZA/ZG that force me to pop Innervate.
These days, as people try to burn through heroics, more spirit = good because it means less group downtime.
I personally (whether optimal or not) am trying to maintain 1605 haste so I can get the extra tick of Rejuv. I've considered backing down to 913. Dunno. Maybe it would be smart.

I would say the Core is the better choice at lower gear levels due to superior regen. Int isn't everything.

Cause Power Torrent is better.
Well, yeah, Power Torrent is better. But just because it's better, doesn't mean its accessible. Power Torrent costs like 4K gold on my server where as HeartSong is like 150. I am not going to invest that kind of $$$$ in a 346 weapon.

Int isn't everything.
Yeah it kind of is.
Int is responsible for less then half of our total regen on average, in other words
Spirit
is MORE then half of total regen.. And since the argument was about regen... Int is not everything.
Besides the advice about CoR is solid advice.

Ye, Maelstroms are like 80-100g ea. on my server. Shouldn't cost you nearly 4k at this stage since the market is flooded thanks to 4.1. Not that I'm complaining :)
Agreed, it
shouldn't
cost 4K. That's a ridiculous premium for the convenience of buying it from the AH.
As I am still using a 346 weapon, it just hasn't been worth it to me to spam /trade for an Enchanter considering that I have no issues running Heroics, ZA/ZG or FL trash with HeartSong.
I figure when I get my 365 or 378, I'll go looking.

....He said he has a 346...putting torrent on one now would be stupid, heartsong is perfect for a 346 wep.

Seriously? You came in here linking your toon with an agi helm on a resto druid and you're trying to tell other people that they aren't gearing right? Perhaps you should go back to trolling the hunter forum with your "only this spec is worth playing and everyone else is stealing people grouped with them's sub money" bs.
/minor nerd rage off.
