Hmm... the only critique I can make on your gear is that you can take down your haste a little bit. As a goblin, the haste breakpoint you should try to hit is 788 (I believe). You should try to get another int trinket to replace rainsong and the gem in your alch trinket can be replaced with a full int gem instead. Other than that, Your gear is pretty dead-on and you just need to focus on upgrading.
What type of issues have you been having in heroics? Is it mana issues? Throughput? If you are having a really tough time then it might be HOW you are healing. A little more information will help us out more.
Edit: Forgot to mention that your link has "[url" at the end of it, so it gave me an error trying to get to your character. Might want to fix that.

You're in about the same spot I am. I need to upgrade my boots as well, waiting until exalted with the Earthern Ring to get them. One thing I may suggest is to upgrade your shield to
Elementium Stormshield
. It is an easy upgrade if you're friends with a blacksmith.
The best time to use Spirit Link is when you can see if a lot of damage is coming. I'll use it during the crocodile before Augh in the Lost City of the Tol'vir, as well as throw a Healing Rain over the spot where the totem is.
Don't forget that you also have Mana Tide to throw down if you are getting low on mana. I try and use it in conjunction with a dps that is low on mana as well, and try not to judge it off a mage as they tend to never get low on mana with their Mage Armor.

DPS don't have Meditation, so Mana Tide doesn't do anything on combat for them.

Mage Armor is almost exclusively with Arcane Spec, which isn't hard to determine. And you should be using Mana Tide early, to have it up again later.
You could probably drop it at, what, ~70%? Sometimes I swear I don't even feel the Totem, because I burn my mana that hard at that point, lol.

You sure about that? mana tide regen mana depends on the caster's spirit in a raid wide situation.
and about mage armor, If the arcane mage spam arcane blast, he go oom really really fast.

(as mentioned by Mesoforte)
Only healers get this. Without it, you cannot use spirit for combat mana regen. No exceptions.

Yes if they spam AB they can go oom, but in 5-mans its hard to go oom if you use AM or ABr when you can. Aside from doing raids, I have to just stand and not cast anything but AB to actually put a dent in my mana.
I remembered reading about MT totem and forgot that it mentioned dropping it to help out other Healers in the raid, didn't say anything about the dps. Mistake on my part about not paying attention to that little detail.

Yeah this is no joke. I remember when I first got it it felt significant and now not so much. It does make a difference though.
Its probably more critical now that's the totem's been nerfed to 200% to cast it with heartsong up. (Heartsong does affect it still.) Its going to make less of a dent now than it used to.
