My favorite WoW memory was when I first logged with my first char my hunter, everything was new and I was playing with a friend we explored the whole Teldrassil and we died alot because it was our first time playing WoW,and at this same day I got my first blue Item and it was fantastic and when i got 20 I couldnt level more and I cryied all day for my friend gift me the world of warcraft first expasion
This may sound stupid, but my favorite memory in ALL of WoW was killing level 18 Elite ogres in north-eastern Loch Modan all day with my friends way back near the end of Vanilla... Specifically my friends Stephanie and Brandon. We killed those ogres for hours, then hang out in the Thelsamar Inn... This memory is so vivid because Brandon died of cancer and Stephanie and I quickly grew apart... Heh, I remember there was a group of 2 orcs, and a tauren (Both Elite) we would always try to kill them but we never could because we were noobs... But we would always try, and for some reason we never learned our lesson... We were two noobie hunters and a noobie mage, and we had each claimed the empty rooms in the basement of the Inn as our own and we would RP down there, Brandon would always make trips to get some alcohol, or food, or weapons, we miss him...R.I.P. - Brandon S. and his first character, Elfboy (Level 26 Nightelf Hunter)P.S. - After proof reading this, I now find myself crying... A LOT of memories back in those days...

My favorite moment in WoW was without a doubt, downing the Lich King. My guild had been running ICC for weeks, and we dropped the Lich King on our third attempt. We spent a few minutes taking screenshots and talking about it in vent and guild chat. It was the only goal I had at the time in WoW, and to this day I still sport my Kingslayer title.
my favourite memory of World of Warcraft was being invited into a guild for the first time and doing a dungeon with some guild mates. It's my favourite memory because it was the first time i was part of a team in wow and seeing how good we were as a team
I'd say my most memorable experience in WoW was the first day I started playing, back in vanilla. My first character was a dwarf hunter, and I was simply amazed at how large the starting area felt. I thought I would get lost if I wandered off too far. This was my first MMO experience, so I had no idea the world would be as large as it was.
My favourite moment in wow must be when i as a lvl 28, apparently, protection warrior, having no clue at all what to do (just coasted around as an undead, doing quests and trying to kill mobs and not even used my talent points...) was asked in a whisper if i would want to tank a dungeon. I don't really remember what dungeon it was but i think i was somewhere around Tirisfal Glades so i guess it was SFK or something. I actually learned the game from that group. There were 4 people in the grp that actually knew the game (abeit it was in vanilla, like 1 month after the release) and told me what i needed to do, spec, etc.One of them even gave me a shield for tanking. =) It was then i realized that the game wasn't just another game. It was a world.I have deleted that warrior. I actually quit when our guild couldnt get passed the 1:st boss in AQ40. Got back in the game when TBC was about to launch and rolled a rogue who i still play as a main today. But that moment of clarity when 4 totally unknown people jsut gave me some tips, a shield, and good advice was a moment of total bliss for me and will always stay as my most enjoyable moment in the game ever. //Wizfinger
My favorite WoW memory is finishing up my hunter's Loremaster achievement. I managed to score the Zul'Drak, Loremaster of Northrend, Loremaster (overall), and 3000 quests (Seeker) achievements all at once. I even composed a poem for guild chat to commemorate the event!
my favorite memory in wow would have to when i first killd the lich king, with almost all our dps dead and dying. i was the OT and when they finaly delt the blow that mad it a free kill was just the best feeling in the world in that moment.
My favorite memory, ironically, felt like a pretty bad one at the time.I was a warlock in vanilla, and the first time my newly-formed guild went in to Onyxia, I decided to get a better look around the room using my Eye of Kilrogg spell. Needless to say, this was well before there were strategy guides for bosses, so we had no idea that Onyxia had an ability to prevent trying to fight her from her hallway - and it resulted in a very quick death for the entire raid, and our first run back.Thinking back, though, it was my first raid in this game - the first of very many since. Wish I could say it was the only time I wiped my raid with one action... but I can certainly say it was the fastest.
well, i only started playing a few months before Lich King rocked the world...of warcraft. but my favourite moment must have been on that first character (my Shaman) when an online friend of mine gave me, a level 27 character, 200 gold. i was blown away, jaw dropped, everything. most id had before that was 4 hard-earned gold coins. what was i gonna do with 200 gold? i ended up learning to play the auction house with that, and last year my friend had her account hacked. well, i returned the favor two-fold and gave her 400 gold, and made her armor and weapons for her then-naked-and-broke mage. its amazing the connections one can make through simple kindness. Im friends with her and her entire family on facebook and in-game even now. not teleporting, or even throwing chain lightning around is as magical as that, my friends.
This whole game is my giant favorite memory.. ill never forget anything that has happened to me on it, but my best time i ever had was with my friends. We would do naked raid runs and we would have parties in Ony's lair... we would do anything fun even if we were bored and out of ideas. We even had bad times and sad times but we all became close friends through a video game, which leads me to the topic question, "Whats your favorite memory on wow?". Everything.
My favorite memory is the night I found my fox kit in TB peninsula. The reaction I got from a guildie who'd been farming it since he hid 85 was priceless. He still doesn't have one...
My personal favorite, hands down was in Molten Core, fighting Lucifron. We had him on not quite farm at that stage (we still wiped, but we weren't throwing ourselves on a brick wall. Well this time we weren't quite dealing well with the fight (aka visible wipe) and we were really going to push just to see how low we could get his health. He was dropping us, one by one until it was myself (pally) and another pally left. Well, I had an impending doom on me and shortly before it ticked the other pally got hit with the adds' Mind Control. At that time, mind controlled players were considered out of the party altogether so with my death, Lucifron's gang had one more for roughly 13 seconds while he did his patrol. Then it dropped...
