So many, so will take one who did matter for me much. Was around a month before Ulduar patch hit, we had raided all the raids and was bored. So I decided to form an undying group and get that sweet achieve. We studied it hard and was real careful, sadly we got a bad RNG first time at Kel'Thuzad and lost it then he was at a few percent hp left. We decided to try again next week with same people, we corrected the misstake we did during the encounter and watched the hp drop slowly to zero. Then we was close we could feel the win so we got really excited over TS. Finally we saw zero and the nerd gasm broke out for a few minutes. I and 9 other left with a shiny new title and a bright smile on our faces. The reasons for this memory is still with me are a few. First off I had to lead the group well and study the dangers so we did not lose anyone in a boss fight. Secondly are it really felt like a milestone for me, to actually doing it before the patch hit. The new gear would make it more forgiveable so it felt like a real win. Last reason was I remember having the satisfaction and fun while doing it with my guild members.Things like this keeps me still in the game.
is just having to play this game after so long time just playing in a stupid private server.
MY favorite memory is when I first logged in to World of Warcraft, as a Night Elf Druid, just taking in the massive amounts of awesomeness around me.
What is your favorite memory from World of Warcraft and why?The time I asked trade how to survive the Going Down? achievement...
My favorite moment was when I entered my first raid, I saw the amount of health a boss had and was amazed.
My favorite WoW momente was when we first killed Anub'arak 10 heroic with 50 trys left. It was our third week in a row that we reached there with 50 tries, and we had two newcomers.By the last %s of the boss, people started dying (healers ran out of mana)... then by 1% the tank died. Anub and all his adds looked at my and charged, though I was able to press Deterrance in time and "tanked" them for its duration, then deterrance ran out and I died, but the last two surviving DPS managed to get that last % while I was tanking and we got our kill. It was pretty fun.
Mine was the first time stepping foot in molten core my very first time everything was huge and scary and exiting all at the same time especially magmadar i had nightmares about him that night.

Favorite moment of mine had to be during Hyjal in BC... My dad asked me to help him cut up a couch when we were on our way to to Archimonde, so i was like "Afk for like 5 mins guys" considering it usually took like 10 minutes before a boss was pulled i thought I would be back in time. Well it turned out to take over 45 minutes or so thus I assumed I had been replaced. I came back with them still sitting there waiting for me cause kicking me would not have ported me out and they could not replace me cause i was already saved to the instance...to this day my guild note is still "Couch Cutter Extraordinare", and getting insults like "go cut a couch" .. Kinda hard to live that one down
My favorite memory is when I first met a friend who is still a very dear friend and current guild member.. I'd only been playing for perhaps 6 mo. to a year, and had been questing for lvl and exp., but when I asked in desperation for help in a darkshore quest, she immediatly offered up her help... we completed the task toot sweet. That was the first time I was intrigued by the incorporation and cooperation of other players, and the first time I ever entertained the thought of joining a guild. It took another 6mo. to a year for me to get up the gumption to join... but the friends I've met and now enjoy are truly priceless. Just another aspect of the game I now enjoy.. hmm what's next.. arena team? , haven't done that either never know :0) Treeleopard
I'm so ready for some new freaking content and don't forget about that legendary!
My best moment was my first Jan'Alai kill back in TBC. My guild had been working through Zul'Aman in our Kara gear and Jan*Alai proved a real challenge (before they nerfed him). What seemed to be endless corpse runs and huge piles of repair gold spent just vanished as the boss hit the floor and 10 people cheered like mad over vent. It was a wonderful evening of team effort and sheer fun.
My very favorite memory was my first heroic at lv 80... HoL. I was a very new dk with tons of dreams.... and an awsome geared dk tanked that heroic. First boss; the Dk soloe'd them, and a tanking plate shoulders drop. He asked me if a wanted those Shoulders, and after he give them to me, he started to teach me all about the art of tanking in WoW. Since that day a very good tank, and love that!
I'm in a battleground, and one of those damn night elf druids is doing the "flip jump around instant healing everyone to full" thing. This is just after they buffed aimed shot recently, and it was a level 75-79 and I had full cata gear on my hunter.Lined up an aimed shot, and just as she's in mid jump-flip the arrow slams into her and takes her from full ... to dead.Bam, one shotted. Jump flip THAT.Good times. :)
My favorite moment in WoW was the first time I did Naxxramas with my real life friends. They were all extremely experienced raiders and I was a complete noob(Due to being in full pvp gear and doing nothing but PvP). After hours of raiding, we arrived to Sapphiron and they began the fight. After sapphiron flew into the air i noticed everyone hide behind ice barriers. My friend in vent yelled "Kronaj, you need to get behind a barrier fast!" I swiftly responded "Does this guy have any idea what my resilience is? I have a 2300 Arena team!" Just then I got floored....not even time for the death emote.... My fellow guildies almost passed out from laughter. Ima get some more resilience and go back.... :)
My favorite WoW memory was when I was new to the game and some friends that I met in westfall suggested we went and ran SFK. I had no idea what it was but they told me it was a really cool instance with good loot so I said sure. We ended up running from IF to SFK on foot at around lvl 20. It was a lot of fun to see a bunch of places I'd never been to before. I especially remember arathi highlands and the scary high lvl raptors chasing us. The journey made WoW seem like an incredible world with so much to explore. Now, years later, we still talk about how exciting and fun that adventure was.
i loved how i hit level 70. i was in netherstorm and about a thousand elves (npcs) were attacking me. i was running back to area 52 and the goblins started slaughtering them. i gained xp and dinged!
My favorite moment in WoW is during TBC when my brother transferred servers to mine. We usually don't have anything to talk about irl, so playing together really helped initiate some conversation. We would do dungeons with friends everyday, he'd help me out with dailies on the Isle of QQ, etc.. The funniest part was when we'd all hang out on vent and I would always accidentally hit my push to talk key to talk to my brother who is in the same room as I am in. =P
