My favorite memory would have to be when i switched mindset about how i played the game and was becoming more involved with raiding, progression, professions etc...basically once I wasnt just playing the game, but was more goal oriented and taking things more seriously. Once a friend of mine and me were doing wrath dungeons 6 times a night to get me my t9 gear i started having a different outlook on the game. I was more focused on doing achievements instead of them just happening by luck. I was becoming focused on the raids and advancing my skills for different situations. Your lingo changes, how much you play or what you do can change. For me its funny to see much I have learned since then and am still learning. What makes this my fondest memory is because it still is happening, but just keeps getting better each time new stuff occurs (patches, boss encounters etc)

OMG, that is hilarious!
This is pretty simple to answer.Back in the early days of TBC, my friend decided to join me on my "travel", to make it all the way to 70. When ever we played, WoW felt so good. Shame he doesn't play WoW anymore..
I will never forget the time, shortly after I joined my first guild, I was in Nagrand trying to capture Halaa solo. Just as my level 65 DK, finished killing the last guard and went down to capture the flag, 4 hordies came down and wiped the floor with me. I then went into guild chat and asked for some help. I got 3 people who said that they would come on their lvl 80's and help. So, I went back and died a few times to give them time to get on their other characters. I respawned, mounted and flew above them out of the reach of their range, or so I thought. Just as i got death gripped down to the ground, I saw my guildies coming to my aide. I died right off the bat but didn't release right away. Just as I thought they too were going to fall to the evil hordies, seven more guildies came in and finished the job. Even though I just laid there that was my favorite guild (thanks for the many great memories), and my favorite memory.
I helped coordinate a simultaneous attack on every single Horde City's banker and auctioneer. We collectively shut down their economy for a good 3-4 hours! >:)
My favorite memory was rushing to a mailbox to pick up my Loremaster's Colors, putting it on my female gnome, and then realizing that the "!" looked slightly... obscene... on female toons. I thought it was so funny that I had to upload a screenshot!
My favorite Wow memory is when i fight illidan first time was really exciting he wipe us but well was really really cool fight vs illidan *-*
So many favorites. ... My most recent favorite moment was when I had to pick up a boss after the tank's death, and managed to lead us to victory. As someone who is afraid to tank, because I don't like the responsibility, it was a great feeling.
I think my favorite memory isnt really an in-game memory.I have an 8 year old son and when he figured out what i was playing he started to tell his friends and teachers that his mommy plays WoW.Then he started bringing his friends over so he could show them my gear on my warrior! I raid 3-4 times a week and now he sits by my side and watches me.He saw TotFW for the 1st time a few weeks ago and he thought that Al'Akir was the coolest boss he had ever seen!He was sitting with me the night my guild downed him and we were both screaming with joy and he was jumping around the living room.."you did it mom..you guys beat him!" Best part of it all...he runs around the house calling his father a NOOOOOOB...all the time!Which is just icing on the cake for me! lol
Ok, the most exciting moment for me had to be when i first realised that you have more abilities than just auto attack. Lol, im not joking either. From level 1 to 10 i would just auto attack. Then i had a great idea to click my now known action bar and use abilities. Now these days, when you make a character you get a handy little starting tool! If only they had one back then.....
First Rag kill, early in vanilla working on the kill for 8 weeks finishing him off with 1 second before the second submerge which we could not have survived that was when the game felt at its most epic for me YaY! firelands and the return of rag
I started playing a few months before TBC came out, so I have plenty. I've been attacked by the land-shark of Theramore, back in vanilla, on a level 20 hunter who was being shown around by another hunter guildy who said 'hey, follow me onto this boat, I want to show you something'. He didn't mean the shark. It's still his fault I was sharkbait - he fell off the boat so I was waiting for him to show up on the next one. I couldn't stop laughing, even knowing I had to find my way back, and watching him ride up too late to save me. It was so absurd! I've 3-manned appropriate-level dungeons on a regular basis with two friends - it's our favorite way to level and kill time. I've had my paladin's soul sucked into the vortex for a full 20 minutes before the GM was able to rescue me. In mid-TBC my guild snuck me into the Ramparts as a level 54 holy paladin - and my 70 bear tank thought he wasn't taking damage! I've officiated in-game weddings for some of my favorite guildmates, with everyone in full RP gear and in character! I've been one of the three in an unintentional three-man Sartharion attempt. I've had a lot of fun with the friends I've made through this game, and these are all favorite memories and experiences. And I can't wait for the next on the list!
