My favorite memory is leaving starting location for the first time and founding that there is much more out there.

I can still remember when i was a level 56 Paladin, i thought you couldn't get to outland until level 60, so i was in a rut with levelling, i was really, really excited for Outland and when a guildie told me i could actually get there at level 58, i exploded with excitement. I spent the next 2-3 hours grinding the last 2 levels before outland (2 levels was a LOT to me back then), this all built up to my favourite memory in WoW, when i entered the Dark Portal in the blasted lands for the very first time and saw the immensity of Hellfire Peninsula. It was so brilliant and i still take screenshots whenever i go through the Dark Portal for the first time on a new character.
As I waited out BWD for another of my player to help me Summon. Just as he showed up Horde Players started to how. Me an the other play are Arena partners and we really good. We killed one by one, until A mage showed up. Goes by the name Bomb, an unknown to me I once known him. I blow though his wealth and we killed around 7 players during this time. So I didn't think anything of it. A few moment after I killed Bomb. I get a whisper from someone. "Man you just killed infernal the mage that helped you get you Amani Bear mount". I say "wait he want horde" and in replay "yep" I laugh to myself. "Well sorry I pwn horde" and he repay made me Smile" he told me to tell you to GO jump on and suck a Pile of D@#$... Ow I'm sorry I'm drunk right now".
My favorite moment in wow was when I was in a 25 man raid on my shadow priest, doing naxx, much to my surprise the group informed me I would be mind controlling that not. Which I had NEVER done before, I must have wiped the whole group 3 or 4 times. But by the end of the night I finally got the hang of it and when we downed the boss I was so excited I screamed on vent YES! Everyone started laughing, saying they had never heard anyone get that excited over killing a boss. I said it wasn't killing the boss it was not killing them.
My favorite memory as a young Orc Warrior (my first toon that I still play, nearly 5 years later) was running from Razor Hill to Orgrimmar and standing there, stunned at what lay before me - such a majestic city with all kinds of possibilities and strange, new people and beasts. What an incredible world awaited me.
completing the netherwing chain and getting my ballin' mount
I used to be so annoyed when people would just sit on ultra rare mounts in front of the AH in a random city just so people could walk by and gawk. Then someone bought me an Ethereal Portal for Christmas. Suddenly, all I have to do is hearth and I have 5 or 6 people running up to me asking me a thousand questions. "what is that, where does that come from, etc." Very quickly, I became what I despised. Mwahahaha.
My favourite memory of world of warcraft definetly has to be the day that I joined. That day i got 2 free trials and I gave one to my friend and we played that night. We created characters not knowing anything about the game, so me and my friend both went gnome warrior because we didnt know how to customize our characters and that was both our default class layouts. We entered the world only knowing how to move and talkng over the phone. So we started moving all around following a trail. I remember that we made it to lv4 by going from the starting location to blasted lands and getting all of our expierience from exploration(we didnt know how to kill). This definetly has to be my favourite memory that I have of world of warcraft because it was my first day that i ever played WOW with my bud who still plays with me and that we just got to explore so much of the eastern kingdoms and there beautiful graphics/scene. Also it thought me to always read the manual before startign anything new. :)
My favorite World of Warcraft memory would probably back in Classic World of Warcraft. Me and my entire guild got together 5 groups of 40 people each. Then we went under stormwind ( like i said WAY back in Classic if you can remember getting under Stormwind and Ironforge were really cool and only a small number of people knew how to do it.) We had a race to see who could get from Booty Bay to under Stormwind first (by the way, your winner is right here.) We had a very fun night and everyone had a great time. Sometimes you wish World of Warcraft could be like that again....
Hmm that's actually quite a hard question to answer, as I have had quite a few great memories from WoW.But if I had to pick one, it would have to be when we had 4 frost DK's in a 10 man ICC group and we pulled the two large sets of trash before doing the two dragons when fighting Sindragosa, the 4 DK's pre cata used only Howling Blast to do mass damage. I remember my roommate reaching 72k DPS and I remember hitting 68k DPS and between all of us, we actually caused the entire raid group to get disconnected and when we logged back in every one of them was dead.
My favorite moment would be the first time leaving darkshore to ashenvale with my 13 elf hunter on a pvp server.Low graphic card, no sounds but music, seeing nothing but shadows, entering astranaar, empty, not a soul... and BAM Horde everywhere. Got the fright of my life, running back as fast as i could to auberdine. 6 years later he's still 13 waiting for help in stormwind x)
I have so many but the best bust be when 2 friends and me had a Gaming weekend.we all want to my friends house with pc´s and everything, plugged in to the Internet and started installing WoW. and got reddy to play, around 13:00. so we started new tons and started playing the goal was to hit 80, but never happened that weekend ofc.. but we got in to the 50´s. any way we kept playing the Friday and the mom of my freind we was staying at went to work (night @#$% witch was a 10 hr shift) and when she came back we was still sitting at the diner table and playing haven't moved an inc and she just said "haven't u all bin to bead yet?) no ofc not. then we released what the time was XD and went to bed for like 2 hrs and got back gaming, started raiding naxx whit the mains we got. was the best raid ever! and the longest any of us had played straight.
I was just starting out in wow, my friend recruited. So we made our characters, i made a Gnome Warrior and he a Dwarf Hunter. So we were questing around in Dun Morogh and we had a quest where u had to get some weed from a troll village and it was on the top of a mountain. So after we did it my friend dared me to go as close as i could to the edge and i had a really laggy computer at that time so i lagged alot and i just ran off the cliff. He laghued so hard... And i was like really sad.
My most memorable memory is back from BWL progression. My guild at the time I had just killed Razorgore the Untamed for the first time. We were then setting up for Vaelastrasz the Corrupt. Being a tank we of course had to gear up a fire resistance set. In addition we all acquired Julie's Dagger for the fast swing timer as well as Vael's Essence of the Red debuff. Our first pull ended up being a complete nightmare ... after pulling and giving dps the go ahead to damage, our tank loses threat and Vael goes straight for the dps and wipes the raid. As we ask out main tank why couldn't hold threat he responds with "At least my daggers skill raised to 16 before I died..." With our first Razorgore kill and this epic first wipe to Vael, we couldn't stay mad at our main tank for too long lol.
I remember as a level 1 troll mage, discovering the Hidden Path and getting super excited. I leveled up to 3 and, choosing that level 3 was the ideal level to go out and explore the world, leapt off the path and down into the waters near Ratchet. I was set upon by the level 18 makruras over and over until I made it to Ratchet, confused and lost.Eventually, I wandered up the Barrens towards the bridge, not really knowing where I was going or how I would get there. It felt like the longest walk ever - I was dodging monsters, dying to most of them, and essentially corpse dragging myself north. When I reached the bridge, I crossed back into Durotar and found I had no idea how to get home (I didn't know about the map button, to say the least). I dejectedly told myself, "Well, I guess I'll have to level my way to 5 through the mobs here," and proceeded to die numerous times trying to kill scorpions.I went south to Sen'jin, but, despite being so close to home, I could not find my way back (the gate to the Den seemed huge and impassable).Vanquished, I returned to Razor Hill and headed north to Orgrimmar. I was basically weeping in the auction house when my friend, who at the time was a 39 troll hunter, logged in - intent on playing the auction house to make money for his first mount (it was 2.1). He told me to use my hearthstone and - surprise, surprise! - I was delivered back to the Den through some kind of magic.Ever since, I've been... somewhat fearful of water quests, and I've had a penchant for killing makruras.
