My favorite memory from World of Warcraft was when I first hit 70 on my very first character. I had started playing right when BC launched. My boyfriend had been playing since Vanilla, and he got me into it. I was a mage--perhaps not the best character to learn WoW aggro ranges on. I died soooo many times! Leveling was slow and steady--I learned that Frost Nova and Blink were my best friends. Sheeping and First Aid were also my best friends. I was too timid to join any pickup groups for dungeons along the way; all I did was quest, quest, quest. Hitting 70 that first time, learning all I did along the way, felt like I'd climbed a mountain. Woohoo!
I had fun being a part of the group that got our guild the server first level 25. Everyone on vent trying to down bosses to get the one that sent us over the top and hearing the other team say that they wiped and a minute later we killed the boss and that sent us to level 25 guild. so much fun
My favorite memory is definitely my first raid, Onyxia 25 man. I actually had just hit 80 that day and wanted to see how raiding was. Tank accidentally turned the boss towards dps and 1/4 of them got knocked into whelps, causing the raid leader to scream. But we did get her down. It was there and then that I thought, "Wow... I must keep defeating things like these..." Made me so happy =D
My favorite wow memory was running Stratholme as an RP dungeon , everything was planed , we did the quests with someone voicing the quest text , slaughtered the undead while yelling quotes from the WH40K inquisition. It took us a couple of hours but it will stay in my head for as long as i play wow i think.
Hitting Armor Penetration cap in ICC. Pinnacle of my Hunter's raiding awesomeness. 16k auto-shots were delicious.
My favourtite memory was when i was a GM on a popular private server back in 2005, i spawned everyoen in a graveyard and spawned a void reaver inside the graveyard everyone would die instantly and then rage. This is my most favourite memory.*A void reaver is a giant robot that crushes you and gets off of telling players how much it wants to terminate their existance*
My favorite memory was back during Burning Crusade, when I still had my Shadow Priest and when our Guild Leader Devinnola, God bless her soul, was still with us, when we ran through Karazhan. We always had some crazy moments during different bosses, even when we got the crap kicked out of us by some of them, like the Curator (*shudders*). Still, we always had fun and we received great drops. We had laughs, we killed and were killed, but most of all, we had fun and acted like a true guild.I wouldn't give that memory up for all the epics, legendary items, and gold Blizzard could offer.
My best moment in WoW was witnessing the end of Druid tree form and the big celebration in Dalaran the night they removed it. It showed community spirit in a realm where it seems there is none (Darkspear), anyone else who was there to witness this would agree it was definately a thing to remember.
For me, and perhaps a few of my old guildies, my favourite WoW memory was when we were raiding ICC and had just downed the blood princes... Now, me being a gnome (mage), I was pretty happy at our sucess and bounced merrily up the corridoor... *BOUNCE*....... *BOUNCE*.... *BOU---* OH CRAP. I'd bounced straight into the waiting pack in the corridoor due to excessive gnomish exuberance, and panicked. I turned invis (because apparently in that moment of OMGWTFBBQ, that would fix it?) and luckily a drood guildie went bear to tank till our tank ran up the corridoor... No one died but vent was full of giggles for quite some time!
My favorite moment in wow would have to be logging on for the first time in vanilla and finding out there were PvP ranks so I did some research and i was determined to be at the top, so the day I got rank 14 for the first time was the most amazing and satisfying feeling i've ever felt and i met alot of cool people on the road to the top... to bad they all quit when bc came out :(
My favourite moment in World of Warcraft was the first time I went through the Dark Portal with my main toon from Vanilla WoW. Being a huge lore fan it was amazing to pass through this key place in Warcraft history with my warlock, ready to explore the mysteries of Outland and the Burning Legion. I should get around to playing the warlock again! :)
Well, my favourite memory isnt one of the situations where i achieved something hard like killing the lk 25 hc server first or so...It´s way back in classic WoW. I was leveling for 2-3 weeks my very first char... my Warrior and was just lvl 24 or so. When i asked for help for a quest. This person asked me if i wanted to join their guild and i was just like... ? What is a guild... what is it good for... Haha yea.. like a total noob. That was my very first guild and it was one of the best i´ve ever been into... like a litle family.Thats what im missing today where everyone asks you.... hey want to join our guild? But you need at least this and this AV and you Gearscore has to be XXXWell my time is over to raid hardcore... so i´m just playing casual like and enjoing the PvP... even when it´s not balanced ;-)
My favorite comment is the time when I join the guild I'm now, since is the first time in wow that I feel like in home.
