Healing nerfed Cata raids in 4.2

I'm hoping to hit 85 on my priest before or right after 4.2 releases. I've done all of the current Cata raids, but only as dps so I'm not too familiar with the healing aspect of things. Right now healing 5 mans is pretty cake, and I've healed in WotLK raids before. How difficult is it to heal the current cata raids?
My main question is if I will be able to go from just hitting level 85 in blues to healing the current Cata raids post 4.2 nerf. Will I be able to handle BWD, Tot4W, BoT post 4.2 nerfs as a healer without running that many heroics? And just gear up for Firelands by running the ezmode cata raids. Or do you think those raids will remain difficult even after the nerfs?

Run a zandalari.
Can you do it easily? Are you struggling on every fight or just certain gimmicks like Jin'do?
If you can plow through Zandalaris you can handle raids as they stand.
4.2 is bringing a pretty straightforward 20% across-the-board nerf to the bosses so you could probably just troll along in 346's at this point.
And with JP getting T11, it's even easier.

Healing goes from "Hmm I can alt-tab every 3 seconds to facebook and watch a movie and no one will ever die" at 83, to "Oh crap where did my mana go?" at 84. You'll see.

test the 85 hcs in lvling gear, you willl see... its actually hard to manage the mana when dpsers stand in fire

Well the main problem is the ilvl requirement to get into Heroics especially ZG/ZA. I was hoping to run the nerfed cata raids with some guildies and probably get carried through. No ilvl restrictions to get into raids, isn't that funny.

I ran my first dungeon-finder heroics in 6-8 weeks today, and with full raid gear I can assure you it's not easy to manage mana even now if your party members decide to make life difficult for you. You really can't take your gear for granted, even though your group might.

I healed the Zandalari dungeons on my priest the very moment I got 346 ilvl. And promptly didn't get any drops from them for 3 days....

I'm relatively geared, got all the relevant Zandalari drops, all the grindable tier gear (prior to patch,) and I still find BWD and BOT challenging.
I got 1-shot by Magmaws flame spit twice in a row last week, >100k damage hit, doesnt seem to have been anything I could do about it and of course because im putting out 12k hps it leads to the other healers not being able to cover the shortfall and consequently a raid wipe. The other healers were all in ZA/ZG and =>4/5 tier gear as well and there was no chance they could have kept everyone up.
In short if I saw someone geared in 346's asking to come to a raid I'd simply tell them to stop wasting our time. If your guild are geared enough to carry you, I suspect they would be better off using their time to run firelands instead of boosting people through BWD/BOT.
you're in meele range and that all happened after the burn phase on magmaw, when he goes up your tank needs to taunt straight away cause he resets aggro

With all the nerfs to the content so far you should be able to face roll right the way through all the bosses in each of the 3 raids except for the final one in each. Well maybe not faceroll but you get the idea. Seriously the dudes in the likes of Paragon etc, were all raiding this content the second week of cata, while it was still buggy and nasty and completely un-nerfed. And I doubt they had much more than 346 going into it for the frist time. With the many damage reductions and bug fixes we've seen since then there is no reason a group with full blues can't go in there and succeed, as long as they don't fail on the mechanics of course. Which it sounds like that is more your issue than bad gear.
