I think Kel'Thuzard has a few 60 twink guilds but not 100% sure. I know a bunch of the people who post in the 60 twink threads on the WoW forums are from there so I guess that could mean something. I don't really look into twinks though so not sure.

Chances of finding a level-appropriate group that runs old raid content are pretty slim. I've never seen it happen on any realm I've played on personally. The "level 60 guilds" (or 70, or I guess maybe 80 now) are usually just a handfull of people who are happy to be run through content by max level characters so they can complete gear sets.
I find it difficult to believe that anyone could successfully form an actual twink raiding guild -- getting 25-40 people on one server who either have level capped alts or accounts without all of the expansions active -- let alone get them all to show up on any kind of consistent basis in order to work on raids.

Aylia, theres plenty of guild that do low level raids with no high levels. Not so much lvl60 anymore but 70 and 80s theres plenty if you just search for them.

Dunemaul EU horde -> Stature of the gods, lvl 70 raiding guild. No idea if they actually manage to go with 25 70s are have 85 around to carry them though, but they seem pretty big & serious about it. o_O
BC was WoW's best format IMO. It's steadily gone downhill since then. They keep adding things people have asked for for years (like flying in azeroth), but other than that the overall quality has declined since BC.

This response has nothing to do with the original topic.
on topic bloodscalp really doesnt do much pre lvl 85 raiding unless its guild runs that happen to be bored or stuck with current content.
