In the battle between which is better in PvP, Frost or Unholy, i have noticed something interesting.
As unholy, i found myself doing alot more damage than what i was doing in frost, however, it was harder for me to kill healers because I wasn't spamming Necrotic Strike like i typically do in Frost.
I don't know, but when i am frost i seem to do less over all damage, but i am better at killing healers, has anyone else noticed this trend?
Or am i just doing something horribly wrong?
You're not spamming Necrotic Strike is what you're doing wrong. Necrotic Strike does more damage through its abosrbs, it just doesn't show up on the meter.

Why would you ever spam Plague Strikes? I assume you mean Scourge; if so, spam SS on non healers or when there are no healers in danger of healing your target, NS otherwise.
My guess anyway.

Only time you're spamming Scourge Strike instead of Necrotic is against a class with no healing abilities, and no healer.
Basically, a Mage with no healer.

I might be wrong but is that not what I said?
How do you say that without sounding like an arse?

When you said 'non-healers' I figured you meant like, resto's, as opposed to Recuperate Rogues.

I did, you're right.
Thanks for clearing that up, I would've used SS (Well, Obl; I hate Unholy) on Rogues :/

Only if the enemy is retarded enough to run into your face all the time. If they are at a distance you can't hit em with DS.

So arena up to 1800, there's plenty of 'retards' (hate that term) to encounter there.

Exactly. Same goes with fury warriors and not dispelling enrages.
