Well, I've got 2 favorites. 40 Exalted Reputations and The Coin Master. They aren't fancy or anything, but they implied one heck of a grind. I remember that all-nighter I pulled listening to iTunes while mindlessly casting over and over trying to fish up all those coins. I loved reading the captions on each one I received. and spending all that time grinding reps, especially boring time sink ones like Oh My, Kurenai. I guess those two are my favorites because they show the time and effort I spent trying to achieve them.
Deathcharger's Reins on my second try. Boom.
Only had DMF left on Insane in the Membrane.... I hate you DMF.Most proud of? three months after WotLK came out. I had an awesome unique title for about six months.

I think I have to go with Legionnaire feat of strength. It's the only one I have that shows that my mage has been around forever. It's also when I gave up trying to grind out High Warlord.
Definitely has to be Did Somebody Order a Knuckle Sandwich. I serious don't think i have ever focused so much on a single achievement. Everyone had 400 swords or maces or daggers but few people punched stuff in a fight, granted my dps might of suffered from it but i was one of the few people on the realm to get it and i felt truly accomplished.
For me it was Guardian of Cenarius. I started to play WoW some months after the release of Wrath of the Lich King, and found myself stranded in a PvP realm where I expected to find people from my own region, but stood alone running from gankers, while levelingBy the time, no one at the server was interested in running Coilfang Reservoir, and I had my quest reputation exhausted. So the solution for finishing Cenarion Expedition was in Borean Tundra, hiding underwater from gankers, with Noggenfogger Elixir underwater breathing, in an endless hunt for Loot Crazed Diver's Nesingwary Lackey Ears,But it paid because it gave me my Cenarion War Hippogryph to make angry all those gankers from Alliance when they saw me with a flying mount from Night Elves.
Avast Ye, Admiral! This is my favorite because every time I go to tanaris or stranglethorn vale I get it pounded into me how worthwhile it was.
I was HOPING there'd be an achievement for Rhok'delar, but since there's not, mine has to be Glory of the Icecrown Raider (10 player). It was the first big raid achievement my guild ever earned at-level and during the current tier. That was the moment when I really said to myself "hey, I can actually play the heck out of this game!"
My Realm First! Illustrious Medic on the server Xavius-EU ^^ cost me around 5k gold...totally worth it! :D
Mine is the School of Hard Knocks, as it took me so many attempts in Alterac Valley to finally assault a tower. Maybe I was just extremely unlucky, but I was to the point where I wanted nothing more than to log an alt and forget about even trying to complete the Children's Week achievements. But I pressed on and eventually I got it!
My would have to be Why? Because It's Red.Why? Because it -is- red. And it was worth the trouble of rerunning Ahn'qiraj, the best raid in WoW, to get the fastest silithid tank, west side of the Maelstrom!
I love my Swift White Hawkstrider, since I picked it up my first time through Magister's Terrace, at level 70. Best day ever.
I am most proud of Mountain o' Mounts. What made it significant, was that it was essentially an achievemnt that I progressed through since I got my first mount (the kodo :D).
My favorite achievement is Loremaster. All the work that goes into that shows the dedication of someone wanting to know everything about the story lines within the World of Warcraft.
