This: Deathcharger's ReinsIt took me sooooooo much time doing it, I remember it was the 52nd run when I finally got to loot it. I would run across Sanctuaries like Shattrath and Dalaran showing off!

I have to say that the achievement I'm the most proud of isn't really an achievement... it's a feat of strength. Hero of Shattrath. I worked my ass off getting it about a month ago, and I never want to see, let alone kill, another basilisk ever again.
The Achievement I'am Most Proud of is , because it shows that I'am a Veteran Player and I did what it took to get this Mount . I did the Quest Chain I Forked over the gold and I Killed the Boss. I still to this day keep in my Backpack to reminisce on when I used to carry Other Locks who were in Need
The Explorer because I earned it when you could only be on a ground mount and it took me forever.
for me i have never liekd the achievement system once, in my best opinion it really ruined the game, but because fo that system they added one title that i am most proud of. The bloodsail admiral achievement. my warrrior has that achievement along with title. i have had that hat since halfway through vanilla. it took me a week with friends to grind out the reputation, we were the first on my server to even remotely do the the grinding of killing all the goblins the booty bay leaders lose all rep with the goblins then spend the next 3 weeks buying farming and grinding back all the quest for goblins and trading in cloth to get back to being friendly or even neutral with them. the grind was a pain in the ass back then but hey it was worth the amazing hat and blood parrot :) we even made post on our server realm for server first and we got nothing but congrads form both sides. also we cause a huge scene killing all those goblins.DeadmanAerie peak uswas the server i was on, he is no relocated to diëselarthas us
Does it really have to be said? I mean this achievment is the only achievment of its tier, and why? Because it is based off of pure epic. You look at other achievments for the tier and its just the basic, kill bla bla bla, finish whatever dungeon, etc. But no, the one classic "real"dungeon achievment is Leeeeeeeeeroy! I am sorry but you cannot fight that this achievment is the best. Based off of a hilarious video that went viral, and is now seen all over the place, like in teh gladiators comic, theres no better achievment than one that actually encourages people to go into a room of mobs you can easily avoid, pick up 4-5 dozens of them, then aoe like chickens with their heads cut off to finish em off in 15 seconds.
I'm most proud of my Swift Zulian Tiger achievement/feat of strength. I got it when it was still hard to get and it's a tribute to how much I loved vanilla raiding.
I'm most proud of Loremaster. I got it during WotLK while working on TotC and ICC. It took a lot of time and effort, and I enjoyed completing some of the epic questlines.
Guild achievement wise - 55 exalted reps because I solo'd it for the guild (up to 56 now)Otherwise it would probably be either Battlemaster just because 100 wins took effort on alliance orArchaeology(20 rares) before they added more easy rares recently, because I never saw anyone else with 'Professor'
I really like the achievement Competitor's Tabard. I particularly enjoy this achievement because it shows the exact day of how long I have been playing! I started playing the game on my current account (I had a prior trial account) and got level 10, then did a battleground and got the tabard the same day, so it is a fond memory of one of my first real World of Warcraft experiences.
Accomplished Angler is by far the achievement I am most proud of. Months of clicking on a little bobber, fighting tooth and nail to be the first to hand their fish in in Stranglehorn, weeks of casting into a pool in Terokkar until finally with one hand on your mouse and the other holding a gun to your head about to pull the trigger, you catch that goddamn crawdad! And yet after hundreds of hours of timing your clicks just right, your eyes bloodshot and your hand cramping, seeing the "Salty" title over your head makes it all worthwhile.
Leeeeeeeeeeeeeroy!, and Champion of the Frozen Wastes, 'nuff said.
mine is being Realm First Herbalist
Iron Chef&Stone GuardThese are my two crowning achievements.
"The Fall of Naxxramas (10 Player)" because it was the first major raiding achievement I got. I got it when WotLK was young, and little compares to the feeling of accomplishment when you set out to tackle a raid with your guild, for the first time, and at the end of the night are rewarded with the pleasure of watching that final boss die.
