My Favorite zone would have to be Gilneas because the artwork is really dark and gloomy
When I was new to the game, I made many alts, leveled the to the low 30s, and then started over again. Just learning about the various classes, and questing in different areas. What I enjoyed most was (vanilla)Blackfathom Deeps, listening to good music and just slowly working through a chill underground cavern that got harder and harder, up to the end boss Hydra which had a habit of one-shotting tanks that started the instance almost too high level to get experience from the trash. It just felt completely epic in every way. This was also about the last dungeon I would do before rolling a new alt...so it made an impression.
Uldum or Icrecrown, both so epic. Uldum probably wins just because of the Indiana Jones-themed quests.
Mulgore, it really gives u the perfect sense of who the tauren are.
My favorite zone is Sholazar Basin, really liked the freya's quests and the wolvar ones (it was fun to train unharmed skill with one of their dailys XD), besides it was the place where i found my first northrend rare and the zone itself is beautiful.

My favourite zone in game is Stranglethorn Vale. The ganking, Zul'Gurub, the Ratchet, the Gurubashi Arena... It envolves my favorite races in the game: Trolls, Dwarves (Hemet Nesingwary) and Goblins.
My favorite zone would have to be Darnassus, baby! I started with a Night Elf when I first started playin' World of Warcraft. Epic music, epic scenery.
Uldum, i really like the way Blizzard did this one, im a fan of dessert biomes and have always liked the Archeology aspect of WoW
i like grizzly hills there are nice quest and for a hunter there are so many beast to choose from
My favorite zone is Mount Hyjal, I had a lot of fun questing there as soon as Cataclysm came out, I remember hanging out in vent with my friends and if they had a question I was very easily able to answer the question or go help them kill the mob they were having trouble with. It was a lot of fun and I can't wait to get my new mage up to 80 to go do it all again.
My favorite zone would probably have to be Hellfire Peninsula or maybe Deepholm. HP will most likely win out this because it reminds me of the days when i (as a Death Knight before i got bored of them <.<) wrecked life. I could tank with the best of the 60-70 tier and even at 80 was sick, stopped playing her after cata, but i digress, it also reminds me of when i first heard Bullet for my Valentine. Hand of Blood really fits into WoW so eolquently (especially rogues - "i saw you look away...") I can listen to just about any BFMV song and be taken back to the epicness that was and still is a fun quest zone, stunning lore, and a memory filled location, and I will always treasure the BC zone more than any other, for those reasons
Deepholm because its unique.
Definitely Wintergrasp. Since I first set foot in The Storm Peaks, I have been fascinated with Titan lore, and more tangibly, their Architecture. To be honest, it kind of reminds me of Dwermer ruins from Morrowind. Tracing even further back into my exploration of Azeroth, I was blown away by the zone Winterspring. Beyond a shadow of a doubt, those two were by far my two most favorite zones. But then, when I eventually gathered up the courage to venture out into the PvP zone, I was blown away. I was teleported to the midst of a massive fortress. Skeletons littered the ground, but the warning they gave to me was inconsequential to sight I beheld. As I ventured south out of the fortress, Massive, pillar-like constructions greeted me. As I explored around the base of one of them, I was promptly killed by a roaming Paladin. Deciding that that was enough PvP for the day, I returned to the safety of Dalaran, but I was still filled with the wonders I had experienced in my brief trip to and out of Wintergrasp Fortress. As time progressed, I eventually explored more and more of Wintergrasp, and was amazed to find that it was filled with Saronite. But a couple of things stood in my way. First, my mining level, which was too low. Second, the constant state of danger posed by other players. So I patiently flew around Shlozar, leveling my mining up to 450, then used the ores I obtained to purchase rudimentary PvP gear. Then, I was free. I explored the nooks and crannies of Wintergrasp, warding off enemies, killing some, dieing to others. Through all this, I learned that I loved PvP. So I bade farewell to Wintergrasp, and began to do Battlegrounds. After I had sated my appetite for PvP, I returned to Wintergrasp, now riding atop my Black War Steed. I continued to farm ores, eventually earning Artisan Flying. So to this day, Wintergrasp still holds a place in me as my favorite zone. Even to this day, where we're capable of flying in most zones, I proudly sit atop my Black War Steed, earned years ago because of everything Wintergrasp exposed to me.
My favorite zone has to be Un'goro Crater. I've always been fascinated by dinosaurs. My hunter has a T-Rex from there.
