Warlock Tier 5 has always had a special place with me. Pet Healing with the 2 piece set bonus helped great while grinding (especially with the Voidwalker). The whole theme of the set made Warlocks look absolutely astounding. Props to Blizzard for that set.
tier 6 warlock is still the coolest looking set ever. the helm when it procs the wings is amazing.
Personally I like the teir we're on T11. I think it looks good with the whole blue feathers and everything. the bonus's are decent too.
Paladin Tier 2 Judgment Armor is quite easily my favorite. Would look AWESOME on a Gnome Pally!
Mage's T11! It's the best, specially with an undead to wear it!
My Favorite was tier 2. Except for hunter tier 2, I liked all of it. OH how I miss the 40 man raid days.
I would have to say my favorite would be the Rogue Tier 5 set.DeathmantleI thought it looked the most sinister and fitting for a rogue.
The paladin Tier 6 its the best it actually make syou feel what a paladin is, a holy warrior fighting for the light and justice, the head piece was just awsome
Priest T6 set because its still the best looking set ever made.
Personally, as a frost mage I loved the Tier 3 Frostfire Regalia set - not just for the set bonuses, but for the purely superficial reason that it looked FABULOUS on a female Blood Elf. :D

I really like the Rogue set. It really seems like the most practical. I know my Rogue would feel really sleek and efficient in gear like that. The other sets? I don't know how serious you can take a flaming purple paladin. =P
The Tier 4 Voidheart Raiment has always been my favorite. Love the Void Swirl on the back and the lightening effects. Plus it has the honor of being my first complete tier set.
Not because I liked the look and also because of what it looked like :P I say the paladin T1 Lawbringer set. The reason is because of a saying we had on my original realm when I first started raiding;Paladin: Look like a banana, hit like asparagus
In my opinion, the best tier set is the Judgement Armor, mostly because it looks like it requires total dedication to and faith in the Light, one of the main points of what was a Paladin's source of abilities.
Paladin Tier 2 Judgement set. Fits the theme of Paladin exceptionally well. Also very shiny.
Darkmantle. It's simple, and shadow colored. None of this glowy eye stuff or clinky bits that give you away when you're trying to be a sneaky ninja. Dungeon sets totally count as tier armor!
