Giantstalker, because the bracers were the first piece of gear I got from raiding.
T10 paladin set is my favorite. It's the look of it make it look cool.

Warrior t6, because it was the first set that looked like it would actually protect me from dragons and elemental lords and crazed half-night elf mongrels, rather than being style over substance.
For me, it is between priest T5 and T8. I feel both sets vibrantly convey the elegance and power of the priest class, especially considering the dark colors of the later tiers. Although, -1 for the T8 helm never displaying correctly on my Blood Elf.
Shaman Tier 6, as this represented some of the best looking sets, and some of the best raid content in my opinion. I was so proud to rock 5/5 set pc's and then boom HELLO SUNWELL more to get! The entire set really looked great, the lightning effects, and the royal blue was just standout, no wonder I still have it!
My Favorite of all time is the Tier 2 Judgement Armor. http://www.wowhead.com/itemset=217#.Reason being is that it comes from a time when being a Paladin was exclusive, you had to devote yourself to the Alliance and in the day, that meant something. The set is just iconic, you look at it and you know instantly: "Paladin". It just screams original, classic, Vanilla WoW. A set so awsome that the helmet was re-released and re-tuned for the new Onyxia encounter. Need I say more?
Tier 2 includes the quintessential graphic for the majority of classes, but particularly Netherwind for the mage, Bloodfang for the rogue and Judgement for the paladin.May the fifth be with you, as well.
As a hunter, I absolutely have to go with the Rift stalker set. How awesome was it to never need to press mend pet? To this day the set can still be useful situational in extreme soloing circumstances. Plus, it is all lightning-y. What's not to love?
Rogue Tier 2, followed by Warrior T3. The iconic rogue set, every set afterwards is judged against that set. The red and black coloring, the slight smoke and the darkened face. I also enjoyed the warrior T3 set, it just spoke of unstoppable killing machine.
Druid T2. Years later, those moose antlers still get photoshopped onto pictures of my friends. They're just classic.
The judgement armor set for paladins was my favorite, simply because it focused less on the holy side of paladins, and more on the "Smite all evil" Side.
Paladins Judgement set was the best one in my eyes. Looked the best by far atleast. The Paladin set's since then have all been a bit weird looking I must say, take merciless for proof. Floating crystals? Come on, I know we got draenei at about the same time but still. I don't want purple crystals around my head! I want to look evil! If your gonna name a set merciless don't make it look like it's all fluffy -.- And yes I know that it was a pvp set but still!
I'm gonna stick to Hunters, since I <3 my main's class... T7 ( Valorous Cryptstalker Battlegear ) is by far my favorite. I loved the arachnid eyes and the overall wickedness of the design. Made me feel like a force to be feared! (in an online game... that most people play with utterly blank faces xP)
Warlock T5 Corruptor was, and still is, my all time favorite. It just look so cool... dark and intimidating. T2 Nemesis comes in at a close second.
