The paladin T6. It is one of the only sets that is looking good imo. Its a armor set for a warier of the light, exactly what paladins are suppose to be (unlike what we got in the last tiers).Lightbringer Armor

The best set of tier gear was T5 for Warlocks. The shoulder spikes with glowing-eyed skulls on them made the whole image of the warlock. Though you can't forget about the helm with barbed chains which added to the image. The whole color - dark blood red and black all about - was perfect compared to it's T6 counterpart that was a neon orange red (which didn't seem menacing enough). Corruptor's Raiment... You just can't top the evilness from it.
I would have to say the best armor set is hands down the Rogue T1, the Nightslayer set. Nightslayer Armor
For me it was the Soulforge Armor(Paladin Dungeon Set 2). I remember the exclamation mark popping up in the Ironforge throne room back in the day "give me your Lightforge belt" and thinking to myself "I don't want to give up the +8 to all resistances from having the full Lightforge set" so running Strat for another one to drop. The Lightforge Armor never looked great on any other race, but on a Dwarf it was excellent although it made you look a bit like a member of the Scarlet Crusade once they changed the helmet. Soulforge blew it out of the water. The model was pretty much the same as Lightforge but it was purple...the colour of epic! You no longer stood out like a yellow beacon (a problem experienced by Dungeon 1 and Raid Tier 1), you didn't look like a priest (Tier 2) or like a DK (Tier 3...not that we knew about DKs then!).The questline was epic: making a device to see ghosts, getting the two halves of the amulet, running Strat and Scolomance countless times for the drops. I really miss a lot of the old quests. As for the itemisation...I still have the set and now it looks amazing for ret (all strength and stamina) so I guess Blizzard has changed it but I still remember it being pretty good at the time (with some spellpower, int and MP5) and the comments on Wowhead reflect that.Anyway, forget your raid tier stuff: dungeon set 2 ftw.
For me it is the T3 Warrior. It was the best period of the game, and the tier's colors are beautiful.http://www.wowhead.com/itemset=523#modelviewer:3+0
For me it would have to be the Deathknight's Conqueror's Darkruned Battlegear, I fell in love with Dk's then and there cause that gear looks the ish, 'nuff said
I think Mage tier 11 may actually be my favorite. It's one of the few sets for mages that actually looks tough. Most of the others look....whimsical?
Druid t10 cuz it does say in all possible means that this is a god damn druid set and no sparrow hunter, who makes a weird feather costume for next weirdo cosplay-contest. "Nature flows through me" (with voice of Blood Price Council in ICC Blood Quarter). xd
Valorous Aegis Plate definetly. It was really rare to see this set on my home realm, and it fits paladin theme much better than it's higher ilvl counterpart. I worked hard in trying to get it, though I never succeeded :( But now, I enjoy it's nostalgic and role-playing value. It just looks so good!
For me it's Stormrider's Battlegarb. Finally a Druid set without horn but some great looking feathers. The most esthetic druid set of all.
Plagueheart Raiment They walk single file to hide their numbers.
Vengeful Gladiator's Investiture and Vestments of Absolution are my favorites among them i can choose T6 i guess. T5 Priest Set is very cool looking actually but too soft for an undead priest :)
