Druid T2, since it was the first I got while raiding. The style is awesome!

I like the new T12 gear it looks ubre sick and the bonuses are sweet aswell. Plus itmakes it that much more better to PONE were ever you go.
Honestly, the Druid Tier 2 - Stormrage Raiment Stormrage Raiment still holds a warm place in my heart. Really, what nature-loving druid wouldn't want to look like a mustard & moss covered moose? I'm sure Blizzard took great care to craft such a wonderfully fitting armor set.
Warrior Tier 4, reminds me of my favorite WC3 hero the crypt lord and it just looks overall amazing.
Rolling for today's question, i'm still pretty new, but i gotta with the new T12 set for paladin, has a nice look
Rogue T1 all the way. I know it's rather vain but I think it looks really cool and since I didn't have the opportunity to raid during vanilla, I try to farm MC weekly now heh (5/8! woo woo).
My all time favorite is definately t4 warlock. It is the First raid gear I ever got. The voidheart raiment is the best because it wasn't crazy colorfull and it screamed out doom and gloom like lock gear should. Plus it had that super cool swirly grey cloudcoming off the helm.
My favorite Tier of gear has to be the Arena season 1 warrior set. Gladiator's BattlegearIt was the very first set of gear i collected in WoW. Being absolutely obliterated in BG's has never looked as good as back then.Yeah definetly I love that set, still have it in my bank.
Tier 6 Warrior Onslaught http://www.wowhead.com/itemset=672#Loved it since I first saw it, I had actually started making a set of it!My main is actually a Paladin but I have been piecing together a lookalike set from other drops. The high towered shoulders actually make me think the head is being protected. The smooth dome of the helm would deflect sloppy blows. How far the spiked faceplate reaches down makes me think the neck is well defended. The rest of the armor looks liked it is layered well enough to keep movement easy. Overall this is the first tier of warrior gear I have seen that actually looks designed to tank in!
My favourite tier set is tier one, especially the Nightslayer set. The tier one armour sets were so gorgeous that I and a couple of friends have been doing an MC run every week for the past several just to put together armour sets for roleplaying events. It's a bit unfortunate that I don't really care for the look of the Giantstalker's set, given that I play a hunter as my main, but so it goes.
My first toon was a Balance druid and I worked on getting the Tier 1 set from Molten Core back in the days of raiding in vanilla. Even though the set clearly favored resto back then, it was a signature armor set for the class consisting of green leaf shoulders and a smaller antler helm. I did really like some of the older sets like this, which I felt were more tuned towards each class.
My favorite set would have to be the Nightslayer t1 rogue set. This isn't as much because of how it looks or the stats, but more because of the memories I have of that set and raiding MC endlessly to obtain it with 39 other people. The days when you could have four other rogues and it didn't seem as much like competition but rather a group of friends helping each other progress. =)
My favorite tier set was Shaman T6. I love shamans to death and the design of T6, to me, was everything shaman. The set is blue along with the shoulder piece that looks like lighting is emanating from the shaman. In a way it looks like a partial throwback of a classic looking shaman with "current" model updates. I lucked out and ran Mt.Hyjal and Black Temple, my first time ever doing either, and the entire set dropped for me, much to the ire of fellow guildies.
