Warlock T6 was a pretty awesome looking tier. I mean look at the wings!
I really liked the look of the DK T8, I just thought it really fit my idea of what a Death Knight should look like.
It's gotta be the Battlegear of Wrath (Tier 2 Warrior). Looks amazing on any character but especially gnomes. Turns those little guys into bladed bowling balls of death! They also come in handy if you need a can opener in the field, an essential tool in any Engineer's survival knife!
Mage tear 2. Besides being the best looking mage set ever, who can forget those instant cast procs?Ppl used to run away when they saw a full T2 mage. Those insta pyros hurt a lot. :(
Warlock T5 for the helm.
Warrior T7 is my favorite. It is the best looking in my opinion and it was my first complete set.
Priest T5
Warrior Tier 2, Battlegear of Wrath baby! I mean just look at all the blades and spikes on that beautiful set, Iconic warrior brutality visualized.
my favorite tier set was the mage T10 set because of the amazing burst dps
My absolute favorite tier set would have to be the Tier 9 plate sets. I know people didn't like how each one wasn't unique, but wearing that on my paladin really gave off the noble air that I always imagine my character has. The best detail to me were the beautiful winged arches on the shoulder pads and the sides of the helmet, it brought me back to the days of Diablo 2 and I felt this was what a paladin should look like. The gold and blue scheme also was wonderfully done on the paladin sets and gave the idea that my character was a champion of the Alliance and of the Light. And it wasn't too flashy, the thing that has bothered me about other sets is that they try to emphasized the paladin's connection to the Light, perhaps a little too much on some sets. (Looking at you Tier 10!)
My favorite by far was T6. The artwork was amazing, as well as being completely different between classes. At that point, there was still a bit of "elitism" for having the tier gear, rather than it just being handed out like it was in WotLK. The sets also had very well thought out bonus', you weren't just picking up the sets for superior stats, the bonus' themselves were actually worth a small stat loss.
I really like the Paladin Tier 3 :)
Field Marshal's Battlegear will always be my favorite. I mean, it was a golden eagle. And the helm makes the character's eyes glow blue. That's pretty awesome. Couple that with Grand Marshal's Claymore and the whole set becomes impossibly more awesome. O the days of 2k crits and sword spec procs
