Judgment ArmorBest set of all time, no doubt. Absolutely classic.
I personally loved Mage T8. It really stood out to me as a Mage set (Minus the traditional robes). Also, the artwork on the helmet made it feel like a genuine piece of gear that a Mage of the Kirin Tor would be wearing... Kind of gave it a more heroic feel, and was very cool lore wise in my opinion.

I like Tier 10. It wasn't the best looking and I have not really used any other.
I liked the Death Knight Tier 8 set. The set looked good on a dwarf to me.
Priest's tier 11, feels like I actually have a holy water fountain in my shoulders. People find it ugly, I love it tough. :D
As far as the look, I would say the rogue Bloodfang Armor set. The skeletor mask just made rogues look extra awesome.
Tier 11 warrior tanking set. Probably boring, but I started playing in WotLK and this is the first tier set I ever owned. Will probably be by favorite for quite some time.
I liked the tier 2 raid sets for most classes, with one exception.PaladinsTheir armor set I though just fit them perfectly. How they had the red cross design on the face of the helm, the golden trimming on the armor with the black cloth base with the swords on the shoulders (since they can use swords) on the open books (spells too). Everything just looked amazing with their armor.WarriorsTheir armor can be summed up with just one word, horrible. They really got the short end of the stick in tier 2, the color scheme (seriously blueish purple with gold and green) was terrible and the shoulders were the worst I've ever seen in the game.HuntersThis armor I really liked because it fit with the whole fantasy feel of WoW what with all its dragon slaying. IMO the only thing that could've improved this armor would maybe be a color change. Like instead of gold/purple have it be gold/black but that's just my opinion.RoguesWell this set was, interesting. I liked the color scheme of it and the model was nice, but why was the helmet a hood? We're not talking about rangers, they're rogues. A rouge would be more suited for something a little more sturdy than a hood. But that's beside the point all in all it looked really nice for a stealther character, shoulders could've been a little smaller but that's become the norm with WoW now.WarlockMixed feelings on this set. The horns could've been a little shorter, but overall the set looked like death, which I guess is good since it IS for warlocks.MageThe only set I've ever liked on mages, it looked very arcane. I always think of mages being scholars of the arcane arts so fire and frost don't really fit with me :/ but I like this one because the shoulders are reasonably sized the helm isn't to extravagant but not too boring and the color scheme is just awesome.DruidSorry to tell you this Blizz but, not every druid is a tree/boomkin.ShamanOver sized shoulders but in the best way, they have freaking Wolves on them. How awesome is that? The color could be swapped to a little less blue and a little more translucency but all in all a really nice armor set.But yeah I also liked Tier 2 because it reminds me of a simpler time. One when playing WoW meant you played with friends, people you knew, whether through the game or IRL. Call it nostalgia because that's exactly what it is.
Warlock Tier 8. The whole cattle-skull scheme was freaking brutal. Made me felt as evil as I looked. I sure wish the new sets would look as cool as that.
I always loved the DK T9 set. Was totally my favorite. I wish that the Defias set counted as tier set, though.. Because that would take top spot :)
