Natures Sacrifice:
Your pet is spiritually attuned to you,and has the ability to transfer a maximum of 30% of its health pool instantly to its master, to save his/her life. The transfered life is taken away from the pet, even if it dies from it! (1 minute CD)
How do you like this as a healing ability for BM hunters? This should solve some of our self healing problems more or less! :P
I would much prefer a baseline heal to replace all our current heals.
Tend Wounds - Because Hunters are the last class to need a baseline form of self-healing.

Melee idea. When i think of a beastmaster, I think of some guy with a whip taming lions... sooo why not a tamers whip? 1 block on the talent tree. Instant cast. 1 point does mediocre weapon damage. 2 points, maybe 10% chance to disarm opponent for 2 sec. 3 points, 5% chance to send opponent fleeing in pain fer a few sec. Just a thought.
i like the idea, but change it to do x weapon damage and 5/10/15% melee damage reduction to target

@ kemppy , That makes sense, there's so many options with a whip.. You could even yank the their weapon outta their hands n get a free swing with it. Demoralizing? I still like the idea of sending em running like a scalded dog.. DK deathgrips hunter .. WHOOP CRACK! YEEOOOWCH! sends DK fleeing..
/y SPANKED!
Ehh.. Silly idea I guess.
I like that one guys "point blank assault" idea. but that would require a pistol, which opens up a whole new ballpark of options. but this is WOW and not COD.
lol tauren holding a pistol and a whip.
PISTOL WHIPPING. Lol
i agree and follow up with a lmfaowhatawas

How about letting a BM use upto all (4) pets at once as a core and summon additional expendable lesser beasts? It's going to be interesting for UI design.
I would like to see something like this as the top BM talent:
Hive Mind
(requires combat)
Grants flight, invisibility and invulnerability. Unable to use hunter abilities.
Tripples pet damage of all pets in your group or raid.
You can only be defeated by defeating all your beasts. Lasts for the remainder of the combat.
And tame exotic as a passive aspect of BM.
Tame exotic
Basic BM passive trait.
Allows you to tame exotic pets starting at level 10.
