2 feral druids, a resto druid and a balance druid. To add some CC and fear fun (only in emergencies ofc) I'll add a Warlock (let's say affliction/demo).
1 feral bear tanks, 1 dps. The other 2 druids are obvious :p
Warlock uses imp for blood pact or felguard as off tank
In some instances maybe replace a dps with a class who can do a better form of CC, i.e. a rogue or a mage ...

I saw someone who was doing that, it was a Prot Pally, with 4 Shammies that had I think like 17/0/21 (they were only level 47ish). And they were named Glux (pally) and Shamanettea, Shamanetteb, etc. And they were in a guild called Glux and the Shamanettes. It just made me laugh a lot.

4 fire mages and a feral druid tank.
Druid rounds up as many mobs as he can take and brings them back to the incineration factory.
Blast wave, dragon breath, fire blast anything still screaming.
If I was going to be leveling the team up from level 1, might pick a different mix, maybe 1 cloth, 1 leather, 1 chain, 1 plate so I wouldn't be throwing away so many drops. Suppose I'd need a healer of some sort for boss mobs.

I know someone who has 5 elemental shamans. In a screen shot they sent there was 5 earth elementals tanking murmur in shadow labyrinth.
