The model viewer windows is fixed(obviously not large enough) ,sometimes the model zoomed in but the frame ain't fit any more,so a full screen option is necessary.

When I try to view anything in 3D with java with Firefox 3.0.1 all I got is a program (Firefox) crash. It's just not working!
I don't know why that happens even with latest Java version. It works with flash but now I just cannot change it back. Where I can change the 3D setting back to flash?
In IE 7.0 both flash and Java viewer works.
I tried to purge cache but that do not help.

A "Loading error" occures when trying to view any item on a Draenei model this week.
There is no problem to view the same item on any other race model though. But my character is a draenei and most of those items look much nicer on it then the other race char.

Not an error really, but something I'd like to see 'fixed': Support for Titan's Grip (showing two two-hand weapons at once). I know it's a niche thing, but I would like to see how my new weapons will look together. Any chance at this?

The flash version can get 'stuck' on slow computers, i think it's the blur that wants to calculate all the in-between frames when rotating, where it could just calculate the rotation end frame
edit: moved some suggestions to a different topic

Is it just me or is the 'View in 3d' button greyed out for everyone else too? Btw, when the java view was operational I had the same corrupt image issue that was reported ealier.

I don't know if this is the right place to comment about the Java View. I'm not getting the colors to show on items. It just looks like a plethora of random colors. I have the newest Java and i'm using the newest Firefox as well. any help would be greatly appreciated. :)

If you look in the Java console (right click the tray icon), there should hopefully be three lines: text, a number, and either true or false. There may be multiple sets of these three lines. The problem is that I had to write some custom image loading code, and Java doesn't make it very easy. Your Java runtime is using a texture format that I haven't encountered to write a case for, so it's not loaded properly.
If your console doesn't have any extra lines, I'll need to setup a debug build for you to run to get the needed information.
I'm using a core duo intel mac (10.4.11) with an ATI Radeon X1600 video card and, whenever I try to use the java viewer, the image keep flicking. The flash viewer is OK. I have all system updates installed.
I don't have this problem with my macbook which has an intel GMA 3100 graphics video card. It shows everything perfectly.
I would like to know if there's any configuration I can perform to solve the problem or if there's no way to solve it at all.
I haven't heard of this problem before, and couldn't say what's causing it - do these system updates include the most recent video card drivers? One thing you might try is forcing off multisampling/antialiasing in your video card settings, it's possible that's not playing nicely. Not really suggesting this as a permanent solution obviously, just trying to figure out a cause.
