Rascal Flatts is alright, as is Brad Paisley. Anything else, though, is super meh.
I'm a fan of country when I'm in a good mood.

Country music should not even be a genre. It should just be thrown into a flaming pit of flame.

I've just learned to hate it from constant exposure. Same with Apple and the Cross.

I grew up with it, so it is kind of a part of my life. Hell, I actually spent a good few years of my life in what might be considered the 'country'.
And ANYTHING is better than rap and hip hop.

Old country (like, bluegrass) is amazing music. Modern country, I've just developed a seething contempt for. There's good artists out there, but the vast majority are horrible, imo.
E: Atik and Neon. Yes. Yes so much. Rap and hip hop can go die.

Rap and hip hop, and to a lesser extent, pop, have ruined the bass as an instrument.
Muse saves the bass.

You know, I try so hard to keep to lore and craft these sorts of schemes so they would fit in, so they would work in an admittedly magical world but at least seem plausible. I try to make it so that there is at least some chance for the enemy to win and gain an advantage, so they can actually be a real and viable threat to the group without being deity status strength.
But god dammit when people can just wave away my hard work I just don't see the point! Using big monsters is just asking for trouble as people are always far too powerful to even be fazed by something like that. Fine, alright, I'm better at subtler schemes anyway and that's more interesting for everyone. Oh wait, no that won't work either because everyone is a godly healer better than Arthas when he was a paladin or god damned Tyrande.
I don't mind when the heroes win. Hell, there's no point if they don't. But some thought at the very least would be nice instead of my efforts, that took so long to implement being taken apart in the course of someone saying 'oh look, I just healed/beat through everything you had done even though there is no known cure/amazing powers I just discovered.'
I knew I should have just stuck to writing fiction...

Now you know how it felt to kill off Jael Nordax.

Yes and he had so much subtlety to him.

But the question is... is pulling a Kali a good thing?
And I'm inclined to agree with Neon. Communication is god, right after status quo, that is.

Also, there's a strong tendency for NPC's to be dealt with like trash mobs Money, maybe something we need to review but that's how it stands right now.Definitely; we've had too many RP's where things are just cut through like they are nothing.

This is to be expected, Money, especially when you craft your schemes on a whim without even asking somebody if they want to be involved in them or at least have their characters afflicted by something that might as well kill them.
Good RP plots are forged when people communicate, if you want to get someone involved. TELL THEM BEFORE YOU DO IT.
If someone tells me they want to nearly kill my character or inflict other drama, I'm usually inclined to say yes, because knowing ahead of time can prepare me how to loosely set it up while collaborating. I don't like have my character freakin' injected with instant death without at least being told and having it agreed to first.
That takes the whole unexpected nature of these things out of it. How can I work a villain operating in the group if I have to say everything I'm going to try and do? That's just begging to be meta gamed, even unintentionally as the guy is actually in the group, and if I try to discuss things I'll have to pick and choose so I don't hurt their favorite character of the moment. Not to mention what I have been doing is long and involved, countless chances for these things to be derailed if someone's mood changes.
Whatever, just my rant at how annoyed I am as two of my attempts at villainy were just smashed at once.
Edit: What did I do to Ezekiel? I don't recall that.
