I turned the TV off after 50 minutes. 4/8.
Funny, the rain completely bypassed Lake Macquarie.

Yeah, but that competiton is really close, and it's only early days yet. The 9th placed team beat the competition leader. Looks like the kind of comp where the ladder gets a major reshuffle every week.

I don't need to shame the Canterbury Bulldogs name as they do enough of it themselves

I think Squish is the smart one among us that doesn't tell us who he supports.

its obviously the
roosters
Storm or Broncs

Meh, with so many Sydney teams, a lot of people don't necessarily support their local one.

Lol....
I don't support any given team*. Means I can sit back and enjoy any game for the sake of the game, not because one side is my declared team. Any team that plays aggressively (tactically, I mean) generally gets a thumbs up for me - Storm, Tigers when Benji is in form, etc.
I don't think the Bulldogs are that far behind in the betting. The Kiwis were 3.20 to beat the Proteas in the Cricket WC quarterfinals and made it look pretty easy. Then again, the Black Caps have made something like 7 semi finals or something, and the Proteas are perennial chokers, so...
* Edit: One thing I absolutely can't stand is the Roosters fans who run up and down the city streets crowing like maniacs. Sound echoes and really travels through the city.

0/2. Good start to my goal of 0/8! /sarcasm
It's extra frustrating because I was going to tip the Tigers, but then I figured that the Bunnies had the relative home-ground advantage. Dammit.

Also 1/5. -_-
Going to watch Dogs vs Dragqueens tomorrow. With my mate who is a Dragons fan. Probably gonna sit with the Dragons supporters, which should be fun.
