I am looking for a macro to do the following:
When I am in battle stance switch to berserker stance.
Pop Recklessness.
And switch back to battle stance.
I know, I know. I will need to hit the macro twice. Thanks in advance. :)

According to comments on the spell, it triggers a GCD, so I think you'll have to do this...
#showtooltip
/cast Berserker Stance
/castsequence reset=5 Recklessness, Battle Stance

It's almost exactly what I am looking for. I'd love to only need it twice. The macro you provided goes to zerk in 1 click, pops reck in 2 clicks and goes back to battle stance in 3 clicks. But battle stance (nor zerk) are on the gcd. They have their own gcd. So, I want the macro to go to zerk stance in a click and when I hit it again pop recklessness & go back to battle stance. Sorry if I am asking too much from you. :(
EDIT: Also, while we are at it, I am looking for a macro to pop Berserker Rage, Battle shout & thunderclap in that specific order if I am spamming the keybinding. Anyone? *puppyeyes*

Oh I see. If the "stance" GCD in fact affects only stances, then you should be able to do this...
...actually, you're going to run into another problem. The
stance
conditional isn't updating until after the first click. If it
did
update, then the macro I posted would already change stances and cast Recklessness in one click.
So, that means we can't do things behind
stance
conditionals that are supposed to happen at the same time. We can try this with some error suppression, though...
#showtooltip
/cast Berserker Stance; Battle Stance
/console Sound_EnableSFX 0
/cast Recklessness
/console Sound_EnableSFX 1
/run UIErrorsFrame:Clear()
Either that, or this...
#showtooltip
/console Sound_EnableSFX 0
/cast Recklessness
/console Sound_EnableSFX 1
/run UIErrorsFrame:Clear()
/cast Berserker Stance; Battle Stance
Puppy dog eyes, eh...
/castsequence Berserker Rage, Battle Shout, Thunderclap
Now actually read the stickies
:)

Hooray for just casting and to HELL with the consequences.
You're welcome. Thanks for asking in a smart way
:)
