Don't; pretty much every single guide is based on Pre-Cataclysm Warcraft. Since the changes to the world, all of them are out of date as the game itself is a thousand times more streamlined for leveling, no more running half way across the world for one quest line. Save your money, and just use Wowhead or any of the free sites for leveling.

Honestly, don't waste your money on a guide. Between the built in quest tracker and wowhead, you really won't get much more out of a guide. While you are here, lookup zones under the database tab to find zones near your level. The changes to cata have really made leveling much better from 1 to 60. You aren't running across the entire zone to do some quest to run back and get a new quest that makes you run all the way back to where you were before, its mostly centralized now and will move you in a logical way through a zone, and just as you are about to run out of quests in that zone, you will get one that will send you to the next logical zone quest hub. Any guide you get will basically do the same thing. I really wouldn't bother with a guide--especially one you have to pay for.

To be honest, you hardly need a leveling guide of any form with the new world - it's incredibly well-made considering leading you on to the next area and telling you when various stuff happens. A guide
could
perhaps be useful, but I would honestly save my money and simply enjoy the game.
Also, I took the liberty of removing your signature - you hardly need a link there to get an answer for a question. If anything, link to this thread. Furthermore, I removed all links pointing towards said leveling guide - I can spot advertising when I see it, and you don't need those links to get an answer for your question.(##RESPBREAK##)8##DELIM##Gnub##DELIM##

I can understand how you want to level up as fast as you possibly can, but I would be skeptical of any guide offering a money back guarantee. As Chris Farley said in Tommy Boy, " Because they know all they sold ya was a guaranteed piece of s***". Of course do what you want, but in my opinion, if this was such an amazing guide that was so good and efficient at leveling people, wouldn't everyone want to have it? $50 seems like a lot for a guide. Also, I am assuming if they are saying less than 7 days, that is /played days...or 168 hours of actual time in WoW, not just a week of playing for a few hours, so think of it as you would need to spend almost 3 hours a night, 7 days a week, for the next 60 days to get that refund.
If you want to level up fast, save up your gold, get your ground mounts as soon as possible, and try to have the money ready for flying at 60. Do what you want, but I would suggest you save your money. I think you would level just as fast just playing the game normally, taking every quest you find in a quest hub at your level, and going where the quests take you.

Keep this in mind: Most guides are there primarily to take money from you, not to make levelling easier or quicker.

^ This. Leveling is so obscenely, ridiculously
easy
in this game now. Between that and Blizzard's integrated quest helper, guides have been rendered virtually obsolete.
Also, part of the fun of this game is discovering things for yourself :)
