Well....I am not going to tell you how to lead your raid. But I can give you some pointers. It would help to know if you are running this on 10 or 25m. I will refer to this as its a 25m, since thats what I really know it on.
You know, its starts with 3 bosses. You begin with 0 dps on Nazir. The only time anyone but tank and healer/s is to absorb his sleet storm when they hit 90 energy as it is spread among all people on his platform.
You probably want to keep a few more dps on Anshal. Between his adds that he spawns that need to be attended to in a quick manner, as well as the fact that during their ultimate he heals himself. Rohash does not need a tank, and less dps than Anshal because minus his wind blow ability, he is "no tank" and spank.
Just make sure that you are monitoring both Anshal and Rohash's HP, they need to be killed right around the same time, and then Nazir has to be downed 60 seconds after that.
Like it seems for a good portion of the raid bosses thus far in cata, the fight just takes some coordination and decent dps.
Quick tip breakdown:
1) More dps on Anshal than Rohash
2) Monitor their HP
3) Flawless transitions leading into their "ultimate" ability.
4) Get Anshal and adds out of his little green pool.
10m Config: 2 tanks, 3 heals, 6 dps (4 Anshal, 2 Rohash).
25m Config: 2 tanks, 6 heals, 12 dps (8 Anshal, 4 Rohash).
Hope this helps and addressed your issues.
just downed it, your tips were very helpfull, thanks dude

I love this fight as an entry-level appetizer into the world of Cataclysm raiding. The enrage is firmly in the hands of the raid leader (the 60 second timer on first boss kill), and the tanking and dps stat requirements aren't as high as on something like Maloriak.
What it stresses is really tight communication and motion, which is a FANTASTIC thing for a new raid leader and new raiders altogether to learn first and foremost, before you get into dps races and the like.
Bmoney is on the money, literally.
I will say that a nice alternative composition on 10m for when you have a few really geared and experienced folk and some really new-ish types.
Put you single big gun dps (if ranged) on Rohash and let him go to town. The new faces (who are likely DPS) will have more time to down Anshuul, and can focus on transitions and self-healing and raid-smarts.
Twice now (one hunter and one mage, both with VERY high dps) i have let a single DPS kill Rohash and we get it about the third raid changeover/ultimate ability.

Oh, here is another tip, one we tried out last night (2/15/2011) and worked famously. We popped Bloodlust/Time Warp on the first ultimate when the raid first got on the frost platform, dps'ing down Nezir.
They returned to Anshul as normal (maybe 3-5 seconds later than normal) but the added damage on the boss that you leave to the end made it so that when we gathered for the final burn (Rohash and Anshul were just dead), Nezir was already well on his way to dead, and the 60 second burn phase went smooth as glass.

We are farming him in 10 man normal atm.
Our strategy involves me (mage) to stay on Rohash with a healer, and at the ultimate the healer goes to Nezir. I just pop slow fall an a mana shield so the dmg is not a problem as long as the healer comes back in time. All other dps are on anshal and they take out the adds, we are doing this because at the start of our tries anshal was healing because of some mistakes and we needed the extra dps on him. And know we are just used to it. Because I am alone on Rohash if I lag in the dps race with the 4 dps-rs they just stay a few secs more on Nezir before the adds spawn and i easily catch up. We don't even need BL since by the time we go to nezir he has like 1mln hp left.
There are only a few important stuff to keep in mind.
MAKE SURE THE TANK AND HEALER COMBOS know how/when to do the transitions.
Make sure the dps on Anshal kill the adds asap.
Make sure the people on Rohash don't get hit by the blasts.
And finally make sure that the faster group waits for the slower one. (kill Roh/Ansh at the same time)
