Even easier:
Just spam Mangle. You don't need any other skill when leveling (except maybe Ferocious Bite as finisher). Just run up to a mob, spam Mangle until it's dead and if you feel like it use FB.

Sampede
I have no idea what Sampede is ...
Anyways, silly mistakes like this can be avoided by using the shiny new linking system:
Another way to aproach feral leveling is (after you get rip, which is 50+ something), is rake, mangle, (mangle,) rip, switch target. The bleeds should finish the target of as you are running to next one.
Haven't leveled a feral after the entire talent/leveling experience overhaul, but I'm not sure if our bleeds are powerful enough pre-mastery (which we get at 80).

I myself usually start with Mangle (unless I´m running with a druid tank in which case I piggyback on his Mangle)
Be aware that Sub rogues and Arms warriors also provide the debuff through
Hemorrhage
and
respectively :)

To yunaleia, while that format has its merits, I would totally bypass swipe (unless your fighting mobs such as the large packs of non elite trash) and focus on either single target (especially if any mobs are CC) or tab mangle/rake/rip, then tab and repeat. I know that this method works very well to boost your dps but you may want to watch out incase your tank is not that great at holding multiply target aggro. The bleed dots will make the mobs very angry at you :O).
I know some people will bash me for that method, but I have found that when I run a place and I am comfortable with the tank/healer enough to do it, my dps jumps up ALOT, usually 1-3k dps increase.
Please tell me you're kidding o_O
The pic yuna linked was made back in WotLK, when there was no mastery yet (and thus, no buff to bleed damage). Kitty aoe in those days was basically just Swipe spam (except for rake+savage roar every once in a while to get the buff up).
That said, I also just tab targets and put bleeds on them if I want to aoe.
