The mystery is solved! router54 is also known as Elviswind!
How did you get to
that

Hey people, go test out my library. Try to break it.
http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/fileinfo.php?id=21539
nfUI will be on WoWI soon by the way. I've done a lot of work that I haven't even pushed to my own page yet. Once everything is production-ready, I'll push it to WoWI. So I need to know the core library that runs most of it won't break.

"Wow! So router was Neffi all along? How surprising! I never suspected that!", said no one ever.

Anyone testing out that library I linked, go update it. There's a few major bugs in that version, and I fixed them. Also, I consider the new version release-ready. If you want to build something around it, now's the time.

Indeed, it seems very dead around here lately. I figure it'll pick back up pretty heavily after MoP release though.
If everyone would like to visit a more active Ui forum, the one on mmo-champ is still moving along at a steady pace. Lyn and Led and myself are there, as well as cold and carebear and Zork(Roth) even pokes his head in once in a while. Of course other people post as well lol.

The Ui forum here has gone the way of the Blizz Ui forum & the Wowace Ui forum and pretty much died. If people would like actual discussion on their Ui, I would suggest visiting mmo-champ instead :)
See ya'll there :P

I never liked the whole Curse side of things. I like Wowhead. I like WoWI. The site is fantastic, the moderator and development team is even moreso. I know the community tends to flock to where the most attention can be had, but I'd rather stay here and contribute to maintaining the kind of community that Wowhead deserves.
I mean, if those kinds of people are indeed on MMO Champ, then they're got plenty of people to help out those who need it. The UI gurus around here can do more help for the community by answering questions right here, where they're the only ones doing so, than just becoming yet another member of somewhere else.

Well put.
If you say so...
I never said people shouldn't continue posting here. I was simply pointing out that the discussion activity on this forum has slowed down to a snail's pace. It takes days and sometimes weeks for people to get a reply on a post. For example...the latest post in the Ui thread is mine from 3 days ago...
Also, i never mentioned anything about wowinterface being a bad site.
I agree wowhead is a great site, I still check it every day.
I joined in 2008 and have been a frequent visitor/poster ever since.
The mod team is so/so, I find the mods at MMO to be a bit more lenient.
My point still stands that I feel people should be posting where there is activity in order to get better at design and inspire larger amounts of people. That does not mean that you can't copy/paste a post and be active on more than one forum. I was active on 5 Ui forums at once at one point. Just because you post one place doesn't mean you can't post on others.
Regarding the necessity to post on MMO even when other "gurus" are posting there already isn't the point. You should post your work there to inspire the people that don't visit this forum, not simply to add to the forum reply posts.
In closing, I hope to see this forum pick up again with the release of the x-pac, although it would be nice to see some familiar faces on more than one forum.
Always much <3

I don't design UI's anymore. I therefore feel abundant in PYUI's threads, most of the time. I do enjoy laying my eyes on good pieces of work but I have other things hoggin' time.
I remember being over at MMO back in the days, I didn't the the atmosphere and it felt very.. plastic. The groove we have here is much more my taste.
In regards to the mods, I never really care much for mods on any boards - except those who won't deal with spam and such.
I also think my username is taken at mmo
._.

My username is definitely taken over there. I'm using my fall-back name ... actually I'm using the fall-back name at WoWi too.
:(
EDIT
: I had a look at the Interface & Macro forum. It's got a lot more addon discussion and a lot less macroing and coding discussion.

Skinning a bear should aggro every bears in a 40 yard radius. It makes sense, you are actually skinning their best friend.

I hate dailies. I don't like how every goddamned thing is tied to Valor Points. I also feel like Justice Points are useless and shouldn't be. But, I like the mechanical changes. I feel like the talents and glyphs are maybe just a bit too simplistic, but I give them the benefit of the doubt on iteration.

Pretty much this... Though to add to it, why is almost every valor item rep locked? Specifically, the shado-pan and august celestials ones. I have to grind to revered TWICE to get some valor items... I'll never manage that before I get better gear from lfr. Last time I checked, Blizzard didn't try to invalidate its own content immediately, but apparently things of have changed since I last left.
I'm also just a touch miffed at the changes they've made to most classes. Its like they cut rogues up and sold all the other classes all the best parts and then left rogues on the floor. As much as I love the changes they made to my class, its hard to be satisfied when I can see a better version of EVERY one of my abilities on another class.
