Yes. Its called controlling 2 markets.. or something. If on the neutral AH theres something that sells more on your horde or ally AH you can buy it and re sell. Some people do this with two account lets say boomweed gems (lol) are 3g on ally but 6k on horde (lol again) youl buy em up on ally and put em on neutral AH. DO IT FAST SOME PEOPLE LOOK FOR THAT AND BUY YOUR STUFF!. you'll then resell on horde for PROFIT =}

another is it legal question im is it legal (nonbanable) to sell game cards for gold?

Legal =/= nonbanable. And afaik, selling gamecards for gold should be okay - and so is buying gamecards for real money. I think you see the problem here: it's an easy way around the rules against goldselling. Thats why it might be forbidden(but probably not bannable at the first time). I'd ask a GM.

I think it's technically against the rules because it's trading virtual items for real world items.
Do it at your own risk.

I believe there was something like this going on on the US servers recently where the guy got scammed out of 8500 gold.
Trading in game gold for real world items is against the terms of policy as far as i'm aware, if you get caught there's a good chance you might get banned.
Again, do it at your own risk.

Unless the 'real' world item is a Trading Card Game item.

Remember what Blizzard states in the ToA. It goes along the lines of "Blizzard reserves the right to ban your account for any reason we deem sufficient." This means, they are technically allowed to perma-ban all accounts, because they feel like it. Therefore, I would be careful about these "It is technically not against the Eula or ToA", because Blizzard will hardly care. If they think you are trying to get around the rules, you shouldn't be surprised if you get a ban.
I would just not do it. Of course, the risk is small - I know some people who have bought almost a million gold in total, on different characters... He got a single mail concerning this, where he got a ban. He replied it was a transfer from a friend, who had agreed to help him overcome the gold-sinks in WoW, and that there were no real-world currency involved. They actually lifted the ban, and pardoned him... I suppose it is up to luck whether or not thinks go your way or not. Get in the hands of the wrong Game Master, and you could just as well buy a new game. Get in the hands of the santa-claus game master, and you'll be pardoned after the first attempt, or not getting banned at all.
The first question is legal, however. I heard some gold-sellers go through the auction house to transfer gold. Someone put up an item of little value, to insane prices, and the gold sellers buy it. Blizzard can still ban you, but it becomes harder for them to just ban, if the sold item is a lowlevel rare, with only 1 of a kind on the AH. They can't know if the person who sold is was insane, and the guy who bought is was even more crazy.
