Okay, seriously...

I don't exactly know what skills are available at 44, but the skills you use when tanking at 85 are:
Mangle
Maul
Lacerate
(3 stacks)
Pulverize
(after you get 3 stacks of
Lacerate
, then get 3 stacks of Lacerate again)
Swipe
for AoE tanking
Thrash
for AoE tanking (once you get it)
Always try to keep 3 stacks of
Lacerate
on the main target/boss and use
Pulverize
(once you get it) to take them away, but then put them back on again.
Tanking at the lower lvls shouldn't be hard. You'll mostly be using
Swipe
for AoE threat. Unfortunately, it now has a cooldown though.

Tanking sub-81 is hard on a druid, and Blizz doesn't seem to fix it any time soon.
For aoe, your safest bets are:
casting Thorns pre-pull
using Maul when you can
using Swipe on packs of more than 3 mobs (while still using Maul, and Mangle)
If you lose aggro on a mob, don't just use FF, use Growl and THEN use FF. And maybe even a Mangle to make sure they stick on you.
If you lose a lot of mobs during a pull, or someone pulls adds (e.g. a patrol), use Challenging Roar. Then Swipe them to make sure they stay on you after it wears off. Although Swipe will most likely not be enough, since it hits like a wet nooddle ...
The trick with aoe tanking is tab-targetting. This does NOT mean hitting your tab key (because that sucks), it does however mean targetting 1 mob, hitting it with a few single target abilities, then targetting the next, single target abilities, etc. WHILE still hitting swipe and maul on cooldown.
I have to say I have not tanked low level stuff post-wotlk, so your rage generation might not allow the rotation I described. Thror might be able to help you more with that, thx to him tanking for the Derailleurs group on Lightbringer server ^_^
Edit:
is it a good idea to have 1 spec for tanking(bear) and 1 spec for dps(cat)
main spec cat and offspec bear
Yes. I do that as well. Although you CAN do decent dps in tank spec, you need 2 separate specs to optimize both roles.

Might as well stop being a masochist and reroll resto.

i need what?
and i think the are some talent thas the are onhy for beer and onhy for cat
dut if i am take feral and bal or res (more resto i think)
then i will need to diffen amory and i think it will be hard to get and uploder too
Yeah, Blizz Blues is a good show :). I guess you have to decide if you want to stick it out with feral or try the other trees. If you want to stick with feral and be able to tank and dps your way to 85, you might as well have two feral specs: one for tanking, one for dps. Having two feral specs will be easy since it's basically the same gear (gems being an exception, but that isn't that big of a deal pre-85). Personally, if I was going to play feral and resto or balance, I would just completely stop feral and have a balance spec and a resto spec since you can pretty much use the same gear for both (especially pre-85).
I'd figure out what you wanted to do. Balance and resto are fun specs. Feral is fun, but it's not any funner than the others (for PvE).

I could take feral and balance or resto (most likely resto I think)
but then i will need different gear which I think will be hard to get
Right, I threw your paragraph through the LookOut-translator first, because it made no sense (at least at first). That which I now quoted is what I THINK you meant.
If you want to optimize both specs, you will need 2 separate gear sets for feral bear / feral cat as well. However, with bear tanks going more agi oriented nowadays, the difference is VERY minor. Just a few tank enchants/gems (especially the meta), and the fact that you reforge to dodge on your tanking gear.
Going balance or resto offspec is perfectly fine though. You'll have to make choices sometimes as to which quest reward gear upgrade you should pick, but that's about it.
As a sidenote, I'm having an easier time playing as melee than as a caster :) Obviously depends on the fight and stuff ...
