- Intercept Stuns for 3 seconds.
- You can also glyph it for 4 a second stun.
- It also causes laughable damage.
- Intercpet costs 10 rage
- Charge generates 15 rage
It's only on the Same CD if you pick up Juggernaut and increases Charge's stun by 2 seconds making it the same as Intercept's stun.

Since Cata came out, Blizzard has had such affinity towards inexperienced players (Hence the price drop for all WoW pre Cata games; and tooltips like
this; and flashy procced spells that has an an existing addon btw).
I've seen a lot of warriors stance dance slow-mo since their abilities are not macroed. And now, beginners don't have to activate their brains so much! Yay!
As for casual players this also means more cookie-cutting.
Anyways, That won't make me go back Arms, GL next time Blizzard.

Your arguments make no sense. First, the premise of "affinity towards inexperienced players" is presented as a bad thing. How is being more accommodating to inexperienced (i.e. new) players bad?
The price reduction of the games is a financial decision, so that you don't have to drop $100+ in order to start playing. How is this bad?
The tooltips may seem silly to you and I, but if you get this new ability Heroic Strike and all it says is "This does XX damage" a newer player could be like "Okay, so when should I use this thing as opposed to Bloodthirst or Whirlwind or Slam?" "Oh, best used when I have excess rage. Okay, cool."
As for the built in Power Auras. Blizzard is very smart to incorporate these sorts of features into their base UI instead of making people go out and get additional addons. Power Auras is still a far superior addon for experienced players, but the base UI Power Auras now allows players who don't use Addons to more easily track their proc attacks.
