I have a few thing to add and I will add some level 85 perspective:
For the totems, your totem setup is right for leveling, but in instances, it's more essential to know the spells and talents of other people in your group.
If you have a
dps warrior or
dk in your group you'll want to use stoneskin instead of strength of earth because they already provide the buff and they will have it up at all times for the extra rage/rp anyway.
Searing totem will almost always be your fire totem of choice unless you need aoe for adds, then it's magma.
If you have a paladin providing
blessing of might or a warlock has out
felhunter, then the mana spring will already be in effect so use healing stream or if you know there is a decent amount of aoe then lay down totem of the tranquil mind for your casters, but I usually just stick with healing stream or mana spring.
For air totem, the melee haste can be taken care of by
frost dk or
surv hunters, and the spell haste can be taken care of by
shadow priests and
moonkins, so lay down the appropriate totem.
At level 81+ you will use unleash weapons and flame shock while getting to a mob. I wouldn't use lava burst personally, but I haven't been at that level for awhile, so I can't say it isn't good, but for higher levels, it's just better to get into melee to start dealing out great damage as soon as possible.
For the rotation in melee, stormstrike then lava lash followed by earth shock. I find that this sets up my rotation a little easier so thing don't often come off cd at the same time.
Note: it would be a dps loss if lava lash is off cd and you are waiting for searing flames to stack up. You can wait if you have other abilities off cd to use, but if you don't, just use lava lash.
Just like many other classes, enhancement shaman is a priority system and should be taken into consideration a little bit even at lower levels.
I'm sure soccergenius will be on to add some of his genius as well. =)
