I Just started a goblin worlock and i cant seem to see my pet bar. Help plz

This seems to be a common problem for new locks (and hunters). The pet is pretty much on autopilot until level 10, at which point you learn Control Demon, which gives you the pet bar.

Blizz added the need to buy the ability to control pets in Cataclysm.

I noticed that its in the spell book.. but I had the bar, and I'm pretty sure full control, over my Imp before I got Control Demon, which made me wonder why its there.

Because it wasn't until 4.0.1 that they decided not to give the pet bar or control to Warlocks and Hunters until level 10.
