Veltorak, you should try reading the actual topic.
I
did
read the topic and that's pretty much what it IS.
Not that it matters to me since I'm only 83 on my Pally and 81 on my DK since I don't have much time to play anymore between real life and experimenting with other, less endgame focused, games.

Tanks and healers queueing as soon as they possibly can, without any gems or enchants and damage dealers are no different.
I didn't enchant the gear I used when first entering a heroic, figuring it would get replaced real soon anyways and enchants not being that cheap etc. I don't expect anyone else to do that either. In raids however, I DO expect such a thing, but then again there's a huge gap between those.
Expecting people to enchant for heroics is silly.

Running randoms is so frustrating these days. I only dinged 85 a couple of days ago on my healer and not only do we have to worry about not failing ourselves as healing has gotten a lot more challenging, we also have to worry about the rest of the group not being totally retarded.
I do a lot of research on my class and the content I'm doing and that takes a lot of time and effort. It isn't fun to go through all the different faction rewards, enchants and gems and decide which ones are best for me but it needs to be done.
Now I'm 85 I queue for some randoms and over half the group doesn't know any tactics, doesn't bother to avoid avoidable damage they just expect to be carried through. We do all the work and they couldn't care less about the rest of their group.
This really makes me feel like I'm being taken advantage off and it's gotten to the point where I just don't want to queue any more.
The only solution I think is to make leveling a lot harder. Increase the amount of xp you get but make the mobs a lot harder to kill and start introducing things like voidzones that oneshot you and whirlwinds you have to run away from at an early level.
WoW is so casual friendly these days anyone can easily reach max level without knowing anything and they drag us down when they join our groups. But when we say that we're obv just a bunch of elitists with no lives...

Don't bother enchanting and gemming your raiding gear either. It is just gonna get replaced when Tier 12 comes out anyways...why bother. Heroic raid gear is also gonna replace your normal gear before that so don't bother putting a bit of effort into any of it.
I can't stand people with this attitude. I'm not gonna expect you to have every gem slot filled with the optimal rare gem and every piece of gear enchanted with all the high end enchants, but making a small effort to enchant/gem your gear goes a long way to success in this game.
People who care enough to do such things also seem to care enough to actually read about an instance before they try it or at least ask what they should watch out for when it starts. Instead of trying to skip to your heroic 372 raiding purples you might want to do everything you can to get there in the first place.

Ah another pet peeve. Using PvP gear to beat the system to allow you into Heriocs. Running normals isn't just so you can get gear. It exposes you to the mechanics of the fights which are even more difficult on herioc. Not only are you using suboptimal gear, but you probably got just the minimum and didn't gem or enchant any of your crap gear because you're a lazy piece of scum who wants free loots. You PvPed instead of running normals so you have absolutely no idea what is going on in the Heriocs either and are a big pile of dead weight garbage.

Ok so maybe I should read all the text above this post, but CBA because I already disagree with the name of this topic.
I pug my HCs almost all the time and only about 1/6 or so end up being too fail to complete
&
enjoy. (No, I'm not a masochist btw) I experienced true failures only when leveling; after getting into HCs I noticed there was much less common stupidity and such.
With this I don't mean that everyone is always perfect, but people that are not only willing to learn what they lack in knowledge but also patient enough to wait for everyone to understand. I think "the Patient" should be removed as it is now and re-introduced for completing a certain amount of Cataclysm Heroic PuGs.

Yes, it's official
So its "official" because you've failed a few random heroic dungeons. It's called random for a reason. You will randomly be grouped with good and bad players. Try using the chat system to communicate with them. If you are reasonably patient, most people are willing to take advice.
My advice is that you just need to change your attitude in regards to playing a game. That, or stop doing randoms and just play with your elitist friends.

I had a 3 hour deadmines experience the other night that made me want to quit the game. As tank I was doing the most DPS and we went through about 6 different people. Eventually everyone left on the 3rd last boss having only wiped twice on him.
In contrast today I had an excellent group in Vortex Pinnacle with no problems. However my experience is about 2-1 towards bad groups. There is a huge amount of impatience out there as people are use to 15-20 min dungeons, and this will ultimately put people off using the dungeon finder I think. That will weed out these people you see as below you however that will only make the queues longer..
Enchanting items that are going to be replaced in less than a week is moronic, particularly with the current state of prices in the auction house. I have all my gem slots filled with stamina etc., but not enchants for easily replaced blue gear that's just a waste of gold.
