nvm that, what's his 12th? (meaning, what's the only thing left standing? :D)

Well, that's my ninth character to 85 O.o
Just the Druid left which is a little sad as that was my second character to reach 70 when that was max level.

Well, done, what was your eleventh?
Herk, forgot the details in my excitement. 11th kill was Al'Akir, just Nefarian left. 6 weeks in between progression kills is frustrating >_<
Edit: @asa and Interest
Not sure how you guys have the patience for leveling all those toons. Hellfire Penn straight up murders my momentum, and I really want to my druid to be max level.

I think that Al'akir might be the most fun of all the encounters in this tier (and possibly the previous two also). It's an intricate dance that each member has to do well (or badly with enough luck).
Nefarian, on the other hand, is an encounter in which I found very little fun.

That just about sums up the first 30 wipes. >_<
The fight is very cool from a mechanic perspective, its just the aggregating learning curve everyone has to go through that ruins it for me :(

You we're looking at melee or ranged instead of spells ^_^

you mightn't have noticed but you can drag those panels around, in this case you can pull the spells panel to the top as well as minimise the others.

Um, fair enough. Just saying that there's really very little in the way of sign posting that you can manipulate those panels. It's certainly led to confusion amongst my guild-mates on many occasions.
I can be sure that you were looking at melee hit because 17%
spell
hit is 1741.582 rating which provides 14.5(00012)% melee hit chance ^_^
Since the chance to miss a level 88 PvE target with a one hander is 8% it certainly said you had a 0% chance to miss.

So I've recently learned winning arena matches gives your guild a BOATLOAD of Guild Exp.

It's literally 250k++ per win. Just make a garbage 2v2 team and do some matches.
Then restart the team at 0 rating and repeat (not like it does too much, tbh)

Restarting from 0 rating doesn't change anything. It is the matchmaking rating which chooses your opponents. Only thing you benefit from it is better win ratio (if you win, of course). I'm not sure if it does anything else.
But there are two reasons I don't want to play with my guildies:
1. I prefer playing with IRLs (we are +2k in 2v2 and 3v3).
2. The guild I'm in is falling apart.

That's his whole idea :p Better win ratio = more (or faster) guild rep

Well uhm.. Let me try again.
You create arena team, get your team rating to +2k and your win - loss is, let's say 128 - 95. (1.35 wins per lose)
Then you create new team and get 28 - 6. (4.67 wins per lose)
If you had stayed in the original team it's win - lose would be 156 - 101 (in theory).
I mean that you have passed your training phase in PvP and want to create new team with bigger win ratio just because it looks better. You still face the teams with same rating (2k).
Reseting team does not change MMR. Reseting team does not make you win more than you did in the last team.
E: Now I figured the word I was looking for: cosmetic. It is only cosmetic change when you reset team (and again,
if
you win...)
