Enslaving beings falls under Summoning; the mages of my universe make a pact with the being in question...but not all Summoners are good ones heh.
As for the name, possible.
Heh, though, in universe, Necromancy is going to be one of the Forbidden/Lost Arts, but just trying to make it semi-realistic in where it falls.
Well, what if it just fell under summoning? The magic could revolve around summoning back lifeforce or - better yet - a soul from the afterlife that animates the corpse for use. The fact that it forces a human soul back into a half-dead existance could be one of the reasons its so frowned upon.

That reminds me way too much of breakfast pizza.
I hate breakfast pizza. ;w;
I love breakfast cereal.
There is no marshmallow cereal.
Well maybe where you are lol.

Aye could; but since it deals with Death, which does fall under the Elemental category as well, which is why I'm having a little trouble completely pinning it down lol.

Er meant Breakfast Pizza lol; when I was younger, my friend and I would make pizza the night before, then in the morning eat it with whatever we could find that counted as breakfast stuff. Then later, whenever we had left over Pizza Hut and if there were marshmallow cereal around, would put that on lol.

I have honestly never heard of breakfast pizza.
And the thought of it frightens me greatly....

The way I'm looking at it, it only seemingly deals with death. True, you are reanimating a corpse, but that's it. You're basically summoning a soul and binding something that is already there, instead of actually messing with the fabric of life and death - which, in my opinion, would be done solely through simple killings and regenerations (which, given that too seems unnatural) could also be somewhat taboo.
Of course, this whole idea might be misinterpreted over and over by your target audience since it is a little complex. It might be able to be rounded out by the creation of somekind of heaven/hell place along with elemental planes of some sort - or, to make it even more simple, just one massive reality of chaos or something where things go after they pass on from the "living" world which also has denizens of its own.

Well the 'verse has several dimensions/planes; but Necromancy is about reviving the dead corpse as soulless beasts, to be used as weapons/labour/terror weapons. The bodies have the memories of the original, and the Necromancer can get the information from their brains, but they are just shells of what they had been and have no willpower to fight back against the commands of the Necromancer. Killing a Necro's servant just releases them from unlife. Of course, just like all of my Lost/Forbidden Arts, there's gonna be a huuuuuuge penalty to using too much of it; in this case, the more Necromancy you use, the more your own body dies(yes yes I know I know that's the standard thing and slightly cliched).

Ahhh.
And I've got it: 5th group, Conglomerates. Combining two of the four basic schools of magic to create a new type of magic that is extremely powerful without much need for study or practice (that's pure theorycrafting on my part, as is the following.). That kind of "easy" power at one person's beck and call could make it taboo for use, and just the combining of magic schools could be inherintly taboo as well.
Sorry if it seems like I'm trying to write your story for you, the idea just interests me.

Holy ^&*! I'm bored guys.
Pizza for breakfast sounds awesome, as long as you don't put breaskfast things on it. Eeew the idea of putting like Lucky Charms on my pizza makes me siiiick.

That already exists Morec lol; Overlap is what it's called in that 'verse. Could have a Pyrokentic; mind user who can set things on fire, or an Equipment user who can summon spirits with their weapon, etc etc.

Ah, forgot about that. Probably the best option to consider it an Overlap, then.
Or you can look at it like this: what you have is a salad bowl-like combination of the two - both elements are there but both parts of it are easily identifiable away from each other. What necromancy could be is a melting pot-like combination; both had been broiled down into each other so muh that they're indistiguishable as seperate parts.
