Probably Skyrim. I'll show you my basic rough-draft here:
Disclaimer: The Elder Scrolls games are Bethesda's copyright and this is only a fanmade forum, in creating this full credit is given to Activision and Bethesda for their licensed Elder Scrolls games.
Read First: Watch
this to get pumped up for some epic roleplay.
Read Secondly : Time is said to be the same thing as the universe, from wandering black holes to parallel universes, the possibilities of an interstellar loop are nearly real. Since in a universe full of mystery and unknown intriguement, everything can be real.
Read thirdly: Finding yourself tired and bored, you fall asleep and go into a deep slumber, Do you dream? Do you have nightmares? Are you in another reality? Or what, exactly, is it? Can it be that you were abducted in you're sleep by an alien species and planted on this strange new land? No, that can't be. Nothing such as an E.T. even exists. Or do they? The bottom line is, you find yourself on this queerish and different land with nothing but the clothes on you're exhausted body and confused mind. What do you do now? Well, that's for you to decide, in the vast and majestic world of Tamriel.
RULES AND STUFF:The first step is creating a character in the World of Warcraft and simulating him/her into the world of Skyrim, or Cyrodiil, but preferably Skyrim since that is what most people are familiar with. Remember, that once crossing into this new dimension, drastical measures are taken into transforming you into a proper member of the surrounding land.
If you are of the following races:
Blood Elf - You look much like a High-Elf. Try to keep that in mind.
Night Elf - You look much like a Dark Elf. Try to keep that in mind as well.
Gnome - You look somewhat like a Wood-Elf.
Orc - You look the same as an Orc. Go figure. (In Skyrim of course)
Human - You can look like a Redguard, Breton, Nord, or have a unique look. Up to you.
Worgen - Same rules apply with Human, just note that if you engage werewolf form in any town/settlement the guards will immediately attack you. In addition to the Silver Hand constantly being on you're tail. You have the Wolf Blood.
Troll - Many liberties are taken in making this race look like an Argonian. Yes, you look like an argonian if you roll a Troll.
Tauren - Even more liberties are taken in making this race look like a Khajiit if you roll one.
Undead - Guess what? You're viewed as a draugr now! I would stay away from people but I guess it's up to you how to play...
Dwarves - You look like a Nord now. Yes, you did grow 3 feet.
Goblins - You look like an Orc. Yes, you did grow 4 feet.
Draenei - You look like a Daedra now.
Note that you're personalities stay the same during the nether shift between Azeroth and Skyrim. You just look different since the primal forces within you immediately adapt to the "nether swap" as it were, causing you to look different.
The WarWant to be a member of the Thalmor? The Stormcloaks? The Imperial Empire? Go ahead. Now that you're in this world. You might as well affect it. You can also join other factions such as the Companions, Thief's Guild, Dark Brotherhood, College of Winterhold, Silver Hand, and all those other good factions. Dragons are somewhat of a complication however, you can kill dragons as well as learn shouts.
But cannot absorb their souls. Questions, concerns, complaints, are all welcome. I'm new to creating this Open RP kinda thing.
If you are not familiar with the Elder Scrolls games, check out
this or
that.
Lol, it may seem a little cheesy, but like I said before I'm new to this...subject due to change. Any thoughts on how the rules and stuff could improve?
