For the first; when Draenor was whole, KJ and the other demons could only influence in dreams and visions, and required summoning to bring in the physical ones; the lessers and Mannoroth. After the destruction of Draenor, KJ literally appears at the Black Temple, no summoning required(WC3:TFT), and he's there physically as he threatens Illidian and his flunkies with death if they don't travel to Azeroth to stop the Lich King.
For the Second: there is something there; to use a part of the first example, KJ dropped the Frozen Throne onto Azeroth from above, sending it crashing down like a meteor. In the history of Azeroth itself; the Well for the first Demon war, the first Guardian went against a Dreadlord summoned to Azeroth by an early death cult, Aegwynn fought an avatar of Sargeras after the demons and their servants summoned it to Azeroth, Medivh summoned the demons that he sent after the Council members, Gul'dan and his forces summoned demons in the first/second wars, third war had KT and Arthas summon Archimonde and the Legion, and the Sunwell used most recently. Lots of examples for the idea of something about Azeroth, or any 'whole' planet that prevents the Legion from just appearing.
Oh, and for the older then dirt example; Sargeras could not physically appear on Argus till he had already corrupted Archimonde and Kil'jaeden and their followers; once they were servants, they became Man'ari, and suddenly the planet was teeming with demons....of course, that was only one chapter, so, take from it what you will.

You know, this might be due to the other fantasy I read*cough Dresden cough* But I was thinking; what if it's required that the Legion is invited in before they can start working on a world? Look at Xavius, Ner'zhul, and KJ and Archie; all of them were 'conned' and corrupted by the Legion, and opened the door their worlds of their own 'free' will. It's entirely possible that whatever the Titans put around the world when they were forging them were meant to keep out direct threats, but if the Legion is invited in, they can work freely. As for why they can just appear on Outland; I still think it's because the world is ruined and roughly a third of it is in the hands of the Fel already; no need to worry.

And, lastly, Number 4: Sargeras couldn't manifest himself physically on Argus.
Once again this Issue can be explained by both theories.
According to A, the powerful arcane that the Eredar commanded would be required for Sargeras to enter because he's a Demon Lord and is too poweful for regular portals.
According to B, the powerful arcane that the Eredar commanded would be required for Sargeras to enter because he's a Demon Lord and there is some sort of, say, Force Field in both Argus and Azeroth that specifically keeps Demon Lords away.
Since, in this case, Theory B would mean that such hinderances would be actually common in the Great Dark Beyond, I am still more inclined to stay with A. Even here.
TL; DR: I still don't agree and we probably won't agree anyways.
Note: Sargeras is a Titan.
And power of them goes like - Sargeras>KJ>Archimonde.

Teal-deer version of this thread: The Legion's still out there, and it's tougher than people seem to believe.
Contrary to popular belief, Kil'jaeden is
not
dead. We just shoved him back through his latest access tunnel and collapsed it behind him, as it were. And Sargeras is
definitely
not dead. Aegwynn only killed his avatar. And that was probably him yelling at Varimathras.
That said? I'd about
kill
for
this xpack
to happen.
(Note that I didn't say
what
I'd kill, or how. The bosses. And a billion demons. By the usual paladin and/or mage methods.)

A fallen Titan.
Mad/insane titan.
He is the creator of Burning Legion.

A fallen Titan.
Mad/insane titan.
He is the creator of Burning Legion.
Only in that his own corruption caused him to gather up all the creatures he had previously had a hand in capturing/destroying, and transform them into a massive army of screaming death.

The Demon was summoned shortly before the War of the Ancients, in an attempt to study the legion...then, they realized, they could feed off of it for the next several thousand years as they worked out the problem of re-creating the Well, and not get exiled as the Highborne or thrown in a prison like Illidan.
The only reason they are out of the Maul now is because their Prince is dead, killed by the new King of the Ogres, and their battery has been destroyed...and altered to summon in something worse heh.
